A decent room without a view, in a convenient location. A couple of blocks from Euston tube station and three or four blocks from Kings Cross railway station. It's the right size and location for travelers needing a reliable place to sleep, but who are spending the rest of their time elsewhere in the city.
The hallways smelled stale but everything was clean. The rooms were plenty big enough and well featured. My only complaint about the room was the shower: it had a very high step into it, as in the floor of the shower was not level with the floor of the bathroom. If I were 65 or older, might have had an issue. The shower also had a slow drain. That happens sometimes.
We enjoyed the full English breakfast buffet, bundled with price of our room. Amazing selection of tea, coffee, danish, and hot food! Really good for the price and better than I expected from hotel food. The restaurant staff and the hotel desk staff were top notch. I would stay here again! No major concerns.
