Kleen Kare charged me over $70 to do dry cleaning & all items still have stains on them. They said…read morewell we don't guarantee the removal of all stains. My husband's beige linen suit came back worst than it went in! There are splashes of brown specks all over & water marks too. Then they said that they tried to call me & left me a voicemail that they can't replace my top's zipper because they don't have one long enough & for me to go out and find one to bring back to them to sew?!? What am I paying you for? (If anyone needs a tailor, use T's Tailoring on Meeting St, very cute & reasonable Vietnamese family). Kleen Kare never left me a message & I never got a missed call. But she went ahead & dry cleaned the top with the defective zipper & took my $6 open heartedly. I'm taking pictures of our clothes from now on before sending them away! Last straw!!!! No more business for Kleen Kare! One time they replaced a zipper on my jumper & it broke after 1 use & we made them redo it. They are sorry. What dry cleaners don't put a stain sticker where the stains are?!? How will they know where to look?? Who's the professionals, you or the customer? They neither keep your garments Kleen nor Kare for their customers!

Kim measured them and said he understood they were to be cuffed. My husband even called back to make sure he understood to cuff them. Kim said yea, yea, cuff. When I went to pick them up he had cut off all the extra fabric and just hemmed them. He kept saying that because our pick up ticket showed $10.50 that was not the cost of cuffing. he kept showing me another ticket for $12.50 for cuffed pants. There are no prices posted so there was no way for us to know that cuffing costs $12.50 and that he had written the ticket incorrectly. He would not accept that he had made the mistake in writing the ticket wrong. He just kept staring at me and pointing to the other ticket with $12.50 on it as if I should have known that $10.50 was wrong. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. THE PANTS ARE USELESS NOW. AND HE WON'T MAKE GOOD ON THEM.
