I was supposed to come in the opposite way. There is a SIGN on the Starbucks side that says DRIVE THRU WITH ARROWS. I don't know why I thought I should enter that way. I told her that I had only been once before to drop off and that where I dropped off - no one told me that I was not dropping off properly. I am flabbergasted that this is how they treat their customers. I will not be back.

Also, rather than a safety-pinned tag, they iron on a barcode to your clothes that is super difficult to remove. At $8 per pair of pants and similar for shirts, I'll never be back here again. One star for the nice crease they put in the pants - that's it.

The staff is super nice and efficient and they save your info from your first visit to make all other visits pretty quick. She said she works alone, is always there during business hours (which she obviously isn't), and keeps her door locked even while she's there. She even had the audacity to say none of this was her fault. Did I not knock loud enough, call enough times, come by the store 3 different days during business hours, or is it just poor business ownership. The owner/manager "Michael" refuses to answer my calls or explain what happened to my shirt. The employees at the Forest Drive location have been polite and tried to be helpful but just tell me they have sent a message to the downtown location. I have spoken to "Cynthia" who works downtown. She has been helpful and tells me she remembers the blouse but doesn't know what happened to it. I have never had this experience with any cleaners I have ever used.
