Customer service is phenomenal!! I can't say enough about the great service that Ms.Joyce provides. I used the WASH and FOLD service. They offer a $10 reward card on your first visit...Ms. Joyce and her team keeps the machines and facility clean. I left to get lunch , Ms. Joyce called me to let me know not to worry she put my things in the dryer and to take my time getting back. The payment card makes it very convenient. I am highly allergic to cats and the location, on Percival road has a few inside the establishment. I told the attendant that I was allergic and she apologized. I could have said, "Don't apologize, get the cat out of the building " however, Earl wasn't listening to her anyway. I took my clothes outside and folded them in my car. I really like this place and will give my cards to someone who doesn't mind potentially having cat hair in their freshly washed clothes. read more

Cleanest most up to date laundry mat I've ever been to personally. Smells great,everything is clean and neat organized even the restrooms. They have snacks games TVs a table and laundry items for sale. You can also drop off your laundry to be washed for you. Wednesdays are a dollar off all washes. The laundry mat is located right across the street from the family dollar. Was confused on the card payment. you'll have to load one of their washer cards with funds to use the washer. once i understood that it was easy! A guy came around and gave me a bag to carry my clothes in once they were done. read more

The best laundromat I've ever been to. Bit of a drive from my house, 15-20min, but totally worth it. All the machines are up to date & work great. You can use your own card and not a prepaid, unless you want to earn points. Then you have to use theirs, but its just an option. You can also use change as well. The attendant saw me staring at the machines trying to figure out which to use and immediately walked over to me and helped me out with the best machines for the loads I had. I had all my bedding and clothes. She even let me stay an extra 15min after close to finish folding as she cleaned. FYI she cleaned the whole time I was there. Constantly wipingthings down. The vending machine messed up, just once tho, worked fine everyother time, but didn't even hesitate to help me. I was amazed. Most places won't give you the time of day & just say no refunds. I've had the prepaid card machines at other places take $20 from me and all they say is no refunds. I'm like aren't refunds when you get something and then want your $ back & its stealing when you didn't get anything in the 1st place. Bottom line. The cleanest with the best machines & service. Prices are quite high but this Laundromat is newer and cleaner than most in the area.

This place is very clean, staff on hand if you have any questions about the machines! They have a drop in service, two TVs and the machines take card and coins!!!! Atm, vending machines and two claw machines! Their largest machine takes 10 loads of laundry in one machine!!! I highly recommend this place! read more

This laundromat is by far the best in the area. It was clean, kid friendly, and the attendant on duty went above and beyond to help me. My kids were with me and super hyper , but clothes needed done. Attendant showed me how to get a wash card and use it and told me about the really great point system they have as well. I seen the good reviews so I went- and yes it is the best laundromat in the area and I appreciate the clean clothes at a good price and the understanding of the attendant. I felt very comfortable there and so did my kids. I did about 10 loads of laundry for 25 bucks and that includes drying ! Great prices . read more

Clean location, excellent staff, very knowledgeable considering I was wandering around trying to find the right size washer for just one load to save time. Cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. Private-label card loads 10% over purchase (one-time $1.00 charge for card). Use card on washers and dryers. Or use quarters or your own credit/debit card. Well I come here frequently never had any issues. But today Virginia (worker at washngo) caught an attitude with my sister about keeping the doors locked. We weren't mad about her informing us about what time the doors lock, just upset on how she used her tone in her voice and CONTINUED having an aggressive tone. She mentioned plenty of times she didn't care about anything. Used her finger to show aggression which wasn't necessary. She wanted to call the police when there wasn't even a big issue in the first place. This situation could've escalated but luckily our clothes were done . read more
