The first time I went there, I was totally confused. No need for my rolls of quarters. Now you use a Debit Card/Credit Card. Then you load money onto a Laundry Card. I had trouble learning that for some reason. You stick the card into the washer to wash clothes. And load in the card to dry the clothes. The place was very clean the first time I went. And just "so so" the next 4 visits. Lots of machines seem to break on the weekend. I feel like I'm fighting to get a working machine. Good folding areas. Good rolling baskets. Vending Machines. TV's. Massage Chair, Pin Ball Machines. Vending Machines. And you can even pay people to wash your clothes. (10 pound minimum). Out of all the local laundromats, this is the nicest one around. Finally manage to get my money on the laundry card and it's almost 7$ to use one large machine (because I didn't have 11$ to spare to use 2.) Wash my laundry then have to move it 3x because 2 of the dryers I try the dryers aren't working. Finally spend the last of my money and dry for 25 minutes. The timer goes off and my laundry is still wet- even the small items are still damp. I cave and try to put another dollar or two on my card (card machine takes 5 tries to even read the card, a problem I saw many people experience), once it finally works the machine tells me it's 10$ minimum which, once again is very annoying when you only have 40$ to last you until next payday. There are 36…read morewashing machines only 21 of them works and there are 28 dryers and only 18 of them work....the establishment needs to be inspected by the city and sited to make repairs or shut the business down. I promise the public I am starting the process to get business closed or up to code. If the owner is not going to comply he does not need to be on the neighborhood.
