I had a very disappointing experience here and would not return. Despite having a scheduled…read moreappointment, I was asked to come an hour later because another client was late. There was no apology for the inconvenience. The service itself did not meet expectations. My eyebrows were not done well and I had to fix them myself at home. My lash extensions began falling out the same day, and within 3-4 days most of them were gone. Some lashes were poking my eye and the glue caused irritation and burning. When I reached out, I was initially told I could come back in, but I was unable to get a response when trying to schedule. After multiple follow-ups, communication was inconsistent. At no point was there a clear acknowledgment of the inconvenience or outcome of the service. No apology. I paid $175 including tip and did not receive results that lasted more than a few days. She did give me a partial refund back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking here.
