As an employer, The Nonprofit Times named CAP as one of the "Best Places to Work" in 2016. This is the second consecutive year it has made the list. It ranked 19 overall and 3rd in the list of Large Nonprofits. I have worked here for half a year and I absolutely love it. The leadership is inspiring and receptive, the work environment is the best I've ever had and the actual services we provide are invaluable in our community.
