I had already skipped a March appointment because of pandemic fears, but Mint Dental made me feel safe because of the amount of precautions they were taking. Before my appointment, I waited in my car (the waiting room is closed for safety) and they let me know by phone when it was safe to enter. When I first walked in the building, I was asked a series of questions to make sure I have not been exposed to the virus in the last 14 days. All the staff in the building were wearing masks, but my hygienist and the dentist both wore N95-grade masks and face shields while they worked on my teeth. In addition to this, all the surfaces in my exam room I touched were covered in replaceable plastic and they had a HEPA-air filter constantly cleaning out the air. If you have been putting off a dental appointment because of the pandemic, Mint Dental is doing their absolute best to make it safe for you. Brittani always does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Lauren got my retainer situation taken care of quickly during my cleaning visit. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I can live with thatto some extend. I find out from my insurance company they are no longer in my network, hence the higher bill. They didnt tell me I was no longer in their network. If they didnt know they should have because they acted as is they verified with my insurance company and provided an estimate based on that. Not ok. - You should've notified me when I made a visti to your office. Excuses don't excuse the issue at hand. You're not in my network so why even mention my insurance as the problem? I got no insurance relief and you knew that was going to be the issue before you did the work and that's not ok. I don't know what you mean I hung up on you. I never purposely hung up on you. You could've sent me a text or email like you do with other issues. It doesn't make sense. If you were in my dental network your argument would make sense but you're not.

You know what's slightly scary? Taking your two year old for his first dentist appointment. You…read moreknow what's not scary? Going to Spring Dental. When scheduling the appointment I was reassured it would be just fine. Walking in, we were sweetly greeted and mister baby immediately took a liking to the waiting area just for kids with some clean toys and movie playing. The front desk helped answer all of our questions patiently and was probably one of the most joyful people I have ever met. We waited for maybe 3 minutes before the hygienist came to get us. He was filled with grace and understanding when mister baby wasn't super excited to sit in the chair at first. I did get sit in the chair with mister baby and after a few minutes he warmed up, smiled, and let him brush his teeth! The dentist was equally filled with grace and took such good care of mister baby (and his parent's questions.) Top it off with a cool new toy mister baby got to pick from, and now he can't wait to go back to the dentist! Mister baby (and his parents) love going to Spring Dental! Thank you for making what we thought would be a not fun experience filled with joy.

You know, insurance, the ones you swear have no one working there when you call them? Yep. Two kids, same age, same procedures, all supposed to be covered were even billed differently and for "misc" and "other" charges insurance wont cover since they are not marked as to what was done. After calling to sort out billing, they said I owed but would zero out my balance. Odd. Today with other children, one was going to be a $15 charge to get xrays. Something my insurance covers once a year and has not had them in over a year. After asking they then lowered it to $4.40 cents. Mind you I had two kids today and the second had no charges. Same insurance, same everything. Odd to say the least. So waiting. Waited an hour. Its hard with a 7 year old. There were people there before us that still were not called back and one other person was getting upset also. No one at front desk. No one came to check on us, or even give us an ETA. So we left. Sent text to cancel follow up appointments for kids. We wont be back. This is the issue with these dental chains. Money over everything. Sad that most dentists are this way.
