Instead of trying to understand where I was coming from, the lady decided she would respond to everything I brought up by saying, "I'm sorry you are upset, but these things you claim happened didn't happen." i'm not claiming anything because if you actually looked at the cameras during any of these events, they happened I wouldn't make up something just to be dead wrong. All I want is for you to take accountability for the fact that your staff did that, and you're over here trying to explain to me, well, she didn't gaslight you. They didn't gaslight you. First of all, I would know what gaslighting is. She tried to say, well, Dr. Day was shocked about your review. OK, and Doctor day was a great dentist and actually tried to understand where I was coming from. There was nowhere in my review where I said that he wasn't but the fact that she could not accept the fact that somebody was not happy with the fact that I was unhappy with the service that I was provided, shows a lot because why are you over here trying to tell me that we tried to help you yeah you tried to help me you tried to send me to somebody who was out of my budget because keep in mind I had told y'all when y'all were setting up these appointments that I do not have $800 lying around. Our legal counsel, looking through your review, OK, that changes nothing. You proved my point today with that phone call because I get it: you want to see the best in your employees; that's fine. I didn't raise my voice at her; I didn't yell at her. I talked with a steady voice and asked questions.

This office performed a root canal and put a crown on a tooth. Shortly after, I switched dentists…read morebecause of new insurance. Three and a half years later, the crown began chipping and causing pain and problems to the point of needing to get it replaced. Since my crown was only 3 and a half years old, I called to see if they would replace it for me for a lower cost. I was told they would only pay 25% of the replacement, making my cost around $475. I explained the situation to my current dentist, Mint Dental, and they discounted it for me charging me only $150. However, this ended up being just a minor problem compared to what happened next. I just got referred to an endodontist because my new dentist saw what looked like an infection in the end of the root canal of this tooth. The endodontist confirmed the infection and said the root canal would need to be redone in hopes on clearing up the infection. If it doesn't, I will have to have oral surgery and they will go through my gums to clean out the infection. Please be aware if you are allowing this dentist to perform a root canal.
