We choose the bike bar for my best friends 31st birthday. Obviously we were expecting to pedal considering its within its name. However, our 2 hour military bootcamp experience was anything but enjoyable. Allow me to explain why you lost each star: 1. The company had relocated after covid in which we were NOT made aware of. Parking and paying for parking elsewhere we quickly came to realize they are no longer located by Mcnellie's. We were only able to locate them after pulling up to preexisting party on the bike bar and asked the driver. Some type of communication on the relocation would have been greatly appreciated. 2. Upon arrival we discovered a party of 17+ individuals whom we were being forced to double up with. We did NOT appreciate this at all. We understand mechanical problems do occur, however, we would've appreciated a phone call regarding the circumstances and given the option to reschedule or agree to the situation. We were given ZERO warning. We were given ZERO prior communication that there was even an issue. However, our driver quickly apologized for the misunderstanding and assured us that we would be taken care of stating his managers told him that this particular tour was now to be 60% off and 50% off our next purchase. We kindly understood and said that was truly greatly appreciated and we would definitely come back to get the true full experience. 3. Pedaling...of course when you sign up for a BIKE BAR pedaling is a guaranteed thing. We knew what we signed up for. However, the female driver of the 17+ party was NOT requiring her party to pedal. Our driver tried shouting at them to pedal with no success. He then proceeds to turn around and said they aren't helping at all so you guys have to pedal hard. Okay. The problem with this is, we didn't want to partake in this groups tour yet we had no choice. Then we are required to pedal harder because no one is requiring them to pedal. So we were essentially there to power their bike. We only made 1 stop because we requested to stop at Whiskey 918 but the front party didn't want to so we were to remain on the bar without any other stops. The need for a restroom at this point was unavoidable as I witnessed not just my party but both parties squating to pee by our cars which is absolutely unacceptable! 4. Once BOTH parties had boarded the bike bar we made our way down the street. The front bars speaker didn't work and ours wouldn't connect which we later fixed. During all of this we noticed the manager,  Nick, speeding and proceeding to chase us down yelling, "you have to pedal faster! Pedal faster!"  Of course we laugh this off and casually continue to pedal. Nicks behavior and professionalism or lack there of, only worsened as the night continued and unfortunately carried over to recent communications. Once we arrived back to our vehicles we were approached by Nick stating that Saturday nights tour was 60% off and 50% off our next booking. We were polite and VERY understanding. Fast forward to today we recieved a text from Nick stating that he NEVER said those things and that the company would never allow such discounts unless it was a pedal only situation. As the DD of the evening, I assure you it was a pedaling situation because the other party refused to pedal. I witnessed Nick making these promises to make it right on Saturday night. However, Nick has decided to take advantage of a drunk birthday girl in hopes that she has ne memory of the conversation. I have screenshots of the communications where Nick is everything but professional. I am a very understanding individual but I am also huge on accountability. If the 60% wont be honored thats fine but the overall experience was horrible and we aren't over here asking for a refund. I'm asking for accountability and professionalism. Something your company clearly lacks. You don't even deserve a single star yet I am forced to give you that. Your problem is NOT the malfunctions. Your problem is NOT your drivers. Your problem is with Nick! Your problem is lack of proper communication with your customer

So much fun on the Tulsa Bike Bar!
