He fixed the irrigation line but re-installed the pot backwards with the seam to the front (very ugly). The pot was also installed way out of level. Pics below. I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. Disappointing Communication and Lack of Professionalism…read more ​I reached out to this business based on a recommendation for a project on a property we are currently purchasing. Despite Yelp's "10-minute response" claim, I received no reply to my initial quote request. ​When I called the following day, the experience did not improve. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and lacked basic industry knowledge, specifically struggling to differentiate between a California room and a sunroom. Despite asking for extensive details about the project, they declined to meet during our inspection window and failed to follow up afterward as promised. ​If a company isn't interested in a project, I'd prefer transparency over unfulfilled promises to follow up. We have since taken our business elsewhere.
