3 years ago when I retired, I called this company & received a very informative help. And it was a service I could afford.

Obviously this is emotional, my mom died. I was referred to…read moreTulip and at first they were super. I had a specific outreach person to go to, they were kind and explained to me what would happen. They said I could get the death certificates myself, or they could do it but it would take six weeks. When she died on 12/14 they were contacted and i was told she would be cremated within a couple weeks. around 12/18 i got an email that she had been intaken and the cremation would happen within a couple weeks. the next monday I got a notification from USPS that she was being delivered that week, in the middle of the holidays, well before i was emotionally prepared for it. I called Tulip and got a lot of apologies, they assume the Crematorium wanted to get it done before the holiday; i did not appreciate it. then, although i did all the paperwork correctly, the county sent back my request for death certificates. not Tulip's fault, but when i said i'd just wait six more weeks at this point and could they please do it, is when they let me know there was a $100 charge. I asked if they wouldn't wave it, since they sent my mom's ashes early, during the holidays, and they said no they couldn't. considering i'd already given them so much money and they'd made my holiday's worse, it would have been really kind and i would not be here writing this negative review. find someone who cares to take care of your loved one, this company only cares about money. oh they also told me they had resources for the bereved, but it's just a page of articles. google is better.

Losing a parent is incredibly hard, but they handled everything with such a high level of dignity and grace that it truly eased some of the burden for us. Communication: From the very first call, I felt heard and supported. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The Process: I found their approach to be very modern, transparent, and straightforward. There was never any pressure or "salesy" feeling, just genuine empathy and a focus on what my mother and our family needed. The Memorial: They helped us navigate the details for her memorial with so much respect. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to focus on honoring her memory rather than worrying about the logistics. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I also really appreciated the honesty in their business model. I know it could technically be cheaper if they did every single thing in-house, but they intentionally use outside sources for certain steps to ensure everything is handled by specialists. I actually felt like I got more value this way because I knew I was getting the best possible care at every stage. It's also worth noting for other families that they don't have an embalming service; they focus purely on a dignified, natural process which was exactly what we wanted for my mom. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Honor Cremation, for taking such wonderful care of my mom.

Honor cremations is a legitimate organization. My family chose Honor Cremations and had a…read moresuccessful Cremation and Memorial with them. Customer service: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Execution: 5/5 From a service standpoint, they excellent. The team is available 24 hours via phone and text. For the majority of my work with them, they were extremely responsive, had good pass downs between shifts and team members, and worked to meet all our needs and timelines. They never pressured us into anything or upsold us. They just wanted to support whatever we needed. My family needed an expedited cremation and memorial all within a week of my family member passing and Honor Cremations was able to make that happen and get the paperwork done with the county in that timeframe. Honor's paid casket option was cheaper than other crematories and was a very nice, presentable casket. Honor does not embalm in house but has embalming providers they can work with. The only reason I would hesitate to select Honor again is because other crematories were more cost effective (up to $1000 cheaper for our package selections), but Honor did what they could to reduce costs and provide flexible options and offerings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others if service and empathy is a top priority.

Their rates are very affordable for the service that they provide. The employees we encountered were courteous and professional. They are able to get you the death certificates here. PIS did a great job picking up Dad from the hospital on time and preparing him on the day of his viewing. He looked very peaceful as if he was just resting. Cremation took place couple weeks thereafter and the ashes were delivered to us at our residence. This was a nice experience for my mother and me. Thanks again PIS. Andy

Potential tax fraud! Extremely terrible service. Don't go here if you love your passed away…read morefamily. We came here for my grandma who passed from covid19 Dec 2021 since we were recommended as this was a sudden death cost and this place was said to be CHEAP. Apparently, you get what you paid for. Initially, everything was promised and a pretty picture was painted to getting the tombstone done etc. Fast forward, months later (nearly half a year) POST-burial..we check, and no photo or inscriptions written on the tombstone. We are already going through so much torment during this period. Yet we had to constantly call them asking many times to follow up, and they had the audacity to yell at us, & ignore our calls. Half-done job (months later), and then tell us they don't want to do it anymore and give us some money back. Really? We told them that we need receipts to claim for covid19 burial services, yet its almost been half a year, and they are still ignoring us and so I cant proceed with the claims. Still waiting now, and still getting hung up on the calls by Cynthia Yang (director). Very shady & unprofessional service. Don't come here. They might have some tax fraud going on, so they won't give us proper receipts. Now we are worried about retaliation, yet I believe this is something righteous to do and everyone should be able to see the truth to make a well informed decisions for their loved ones. If I could turn back time, I rather pay double the cost and not come to this place. If I could give this place negative stars, it is what represent their business. (1st time I feel this way about a business which really says a lot)....
