Fresh and delicious! No greasy foods here. I loved the Sunday brunch! My favorite is the Eggs Benedict with homemade hollandaise sauce. Yum!

Nichols Floral - Flowers received

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I am adding a picture of what I ordered and what was received…read more I ordered a sympathy bouquet online and when I was shown what had been delivered, I was speechless. For the amount of money that I paid, I would've expected a lot more. I could have gone to Walmart and grabbed random flowers from their case and thrown in a Dollar Tree vase and it would've saved me money and looked better. I called the customer service number and was transferred a few times finally reaching Tracy (sp?) in the floral department. I told her that what was received was not what I had ordered. She then began raising her voice at me and telling me that they were basically either out or had low inventory of every single flower that I had ordered and didn't have the vase I had picked. She named off every flower it was supposed to have and every flower she put in the bouquet assuring that she gave me more expensive flowers than what I ordered. I TRIED to ask her about the closed lilies and lack of carnations that were received but she kept cutting me off to raise her voice even louder and talk to me very condescendingly and insinuated that I had called her a liar. At this point I did TRY to cut her off just like she did me several times and told her that I understand getting frustrated as I too work in retail for my part time job and work 7 days a week but there is NO REASON to ever yell at a customer like that just for asking questions and that I was not being rude or yelling at her. But of course, she cut me off to scream that she never yelled at me and that she was going to give me a full refund. I told her that that was not my intention whenever I placed the call. Her response was "Well you're getting the the full refund so you can either read me the card number or you can talk with my manager". I asked to speak with her manager. I was placed on a long hold. And then a woman named Jeannie (sp?) answered the phone. She asked how she could help, and I started off that conversation by apologizing to her. I told her that I did not call with intentions for a full refund and was calling to see why exactly the order that I had placed online was not what was received. She then too, cut me off and proceeded to tell me very hostilely and in an argumentative manner that she had been standing right next to Tracy and heard her already explained to me what all had happened. I agreed that she had but that I also did not appreciate being talked to in that way. She told me that Tracy is the "sweetest person" and that she's been under a lot of stress this weekend with all of the funerals and Easter festivities. I told her that I understood that, but I still did not appreciate the way that she had talked to me. She then only wanted my card number to issue the refund and said that I would be getting a full refund. I get that work can be stressful. I completely understand being overwhelmed and over worked. I also understand that sometimes you run out of inventory and that you have to make substitutions. What I can't understand though is why you would cut off a customer while they are trying to speak, raise your voice at them, insinuate that they are a liar..... etc. I have worked in patient care, customer service, and retail for many years and never have I spoken to someone like that. EVER!!! I would be disgusted with myself! If you can't even handle a simple phone call from a paying customer about questions, then you probably shouldn't work around people, the public, or in customer service. Do better ladies!! This was ridiculous and 100% avoidable!

I would not recommend using this website to order flowers. The bouquet I purchased online was not…read morewhat my mom received for Mothers Day. The flowers on the website were beautiful quality arrangements with assorted flowers. The bouquet my mom received was carnations and daisies. Nichole's overcharged me became they said there are about 4 websites that are not actually associated with their store and the prices online are not what they charge. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get the charges straightened out only to find out It will take 3-4 days to receive a refund. I'm very disappointed.
