Here in the Gulf Coast, it's "NOW IMPERATIVE" that you plant ONLY IN THE FALL [OCT is ideal], and NOT IN THE SPRING. Reason is, that the past few years have had [and MAY continue to have] BRUTAL SPRINGS [meaning... July/August HEAT in April/May]. A tree planted in the Spring has absolutely no chance to develop a new root system capable to supporting that tree for the rest of a [potential] very HOT year. Talked to them and they don't do refunds or exchanges. Blamed it on "Mother Nature". Also they are not always open during stated business hours. Long drive out to find they are closed. Won't be doing business there. Buyer beware.
