I have been going here for years. No more for me. Went in for a simple patch due to a nail in my rear tire, so the tire had to be removed. The employee took it over to the tire machine to unmount the tire from the rim(out of sight) to apply the patch internally, performed the work and placed the tire back onto my vehicle. I gave it a quick look and tipped the guy $5. Went to put gas right after I left there and noticed that the emblem on my rim cap was missing on the tire that was just fixed. I noticed that there were scratch marks on the cap as if a screwdriver was placed under the emblem for removal. So I returned to the store and asked the mechanic if he had found the emblem and of course he said no, but he offered a replacement. I gladly accepted(cuz I just got off the phone with the Nissan dealer and they said a replacement was $80), but the emblem was on a silver cap and that I had to remove it. I asked him if it was standard procedure to remove the cap for a simple patch he said no only when balancing the tire(which I didn't have done). So I asked him why mine was removed and he said that it wasn't, and that the cap was probably missing before I arrived. Which I know for sure wasn't because I just had new tires installed a couple weeks ago. Which also makes me wonder if my internal tire pressure sensor was manipulated as well.
