Two things to consider before you order. 1. How tall you…read moreare. The shed I ordered has a door frame height of 6'. I am 5-10" and my hair brushes against the frame as I walk under it. Six foot people and taller will be hitting their head on the door frame. The sales person never mentioned this as a possible issue. 2. The door handle on my shed is only 30" off the ramp attached to the shed. A typical door handle height is 36" off the floor. I have to bend quite a bit to lock and unlock the door. Again, not mentioned by the sales person as a possible issue. Otherwise, the shed seems to be in good working order. The installation team did a good job and cleaned up well.

I have had a claim open with repwest after my storage unit was destroyed by rats for the last 8+…read moremonths with no resolution in sight. The "insurance" offered is a scam and I've lost a small business despite insuring my unit and spending dozens of hours fulfilling all the claim requirements just to be dragged out until I couldn't afford to keep the unit any longer. Now the insurance company won't continue my claim until I pay to have the destroyed items moved back into a unit at my own expense after paying for the unit for all this time waiting for an adjuster. The ladies at the desk are kind but The Storage Shedd has not been helpful in resolving the claim or reimbursing expenses paid solely to keep the unit way longer than desired for their chosen insurance partner (who won't reimburse you for the months it takes them to pretend to work on your claim). Absolutely reprehensible. I will never use storage again.

The plants are always high quality and they have such a great selection, but it can be pricey compared to other nurseries in the area. During the Spring and Summer they have a sprawling selection of plants, trees, and shrubs, I could (and have) spent hours browsing through them all. The staff is always really nice and you get the vibe that they're genuinely interested in your project and happy to give recommendations. In addition to the actual plants, they have landscaping services, lots of gardening supplies, and even decorative items and gifts. I haven't participated in anything just yet, but they even host all kinds of events and classes throughout the year. Overall, I'm super happy to have such a fun community spot nearby. They only lost a star for me because of the high prices, but as long as the plants keep doing so well I'll keep coming back anyways :)
