Despite multiple follow-ups and opportunities to resolve the issue professionally, we are currently out over $6,000 with no material received. In addition, we were made aware that he is still representing himself as being affiliated with a company he has not been employed with for over a year, which raised further concerns for our team during this process. As a custom home builder, we value communication, accountability, and professionalism in every partnership, and this experience did not meet those standards. We understand delays can happen in construction, but transparency and follow-through are critical when handling client projects and funds. We hope this matter is resolved appropriately, but we felt it was important to share our experience so other contractors, vendors, and homeowners can make informed decisions.

Ask the men that work there- it's a mess…read more Unfinished work, safety issues, work piling up, yet open bays, etc. Men getting fired for "horseplay", "not enough work" - yet there's things that still aren't getting done. The branch manager, J--, is running a poor place and has poor leadership skills. An intern runs the place by himself for months after multiple men are fired or voluntarily left after J came in and started managing. Ask yourself why numerous people left after J came in. And after all the work that intern solely did by himself for MONTHS with the place being short staffed, J decides to hire a replacement for him instead of offering the intern a full time job saying "we don't have the work". Make that make sense. United truly needs to look into J's replacement.

Light bulbs, cleaning supplies, restrooms supplies, floor mats, shelving, you name it they got it. They are like the Costco of business materials. Grainger is very simple to order from ever since they switched to an online catalog. Their website is very easy to use, it keeps track of everything you purchase so that way when you need to reorder it, it's very simple to find again. You can even set recurring scheduled deliveries so you dont even have to worry about spending time ordering the same thing over and over again. Every time I have ever had to speak to a representative they are always courteous and respectful, and always get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ill put it to you this way, In the six years I traveled around Texas managing Discount Tire locations, we have never used anyone else, and I can count on one hand all of the times we have ever had any sort of trouble with an order. The only downside is they dont deliver, everything is sent UPS...so there is a charge for shipping, but if I remember correctly its not very much cause they get a mega-user discount.

I said, "no it's for making 'pocket holes'". After trying to help him understand what a pocket hole was he the proceeded to yell at me saying "we don't sell the damn jig" Really rude and really unprofessional. I'd recommend going and sticking with the big boxes like Lowe's and Home Depot they seem to understand customer service.
