While that may have been true, I knew I was paying someone to come over and provide me with solutions to effectively and efficiently organize my unpacked world. We spent about 3, 4 hour sessions unpacking, organizing and by the time we came to the final day, Jade had a good sense of how I functioned. Beyond all of this, Jade truly made me feel comfortable. I've always considered my hoarding tendencies, but never really addressed them. In all honesty, opening up in that way can be very intimate and vulnerable. Jade challenged me to consider the utility of some items and the memory of others - supporting me through each decision. I wish I had before and after photos, because dang! It makes my house so much more comfortable to be in - everything has a place.

My experience with Assemble It was one of the worst in my 40 years of being a homeowner. The sales…read moreprocess did go smoothly, but after that things went downhill. Communication was non existent, I had to inquire when delivery would take place and when the crew would start the build of my pavilion. No one called from the shipper or the building crew to schedule. The "crew" turned out to be one guy who struggled with building the large and heavy pavilion. Many details were done sloppily with stripped or loose and crooked fasteners. Boards were cracked, panels misaligned. No builders square or level was ever used as shown in the installation manual. I had seen videos online of homeowners building this unit in 2-3 days. It took assemble it over a week. I have no confidence in the build quality of this costly purchase from assemble it. We found lots of screws in the lawn and plastic around the yard for us to pick-up as well. All the packaging was ours to deal with also, and it was a lot. When I brought my concerns to the project manager, who never came to my location, I was met with excuses. I cannot recommend this company. BEWARE.

I chose this facility because I believed my property would be secure. Unfortunately, that wasn't my…read moreexperience. I had a trailer stored here with a trailer jack attached. Someone stole the jack, which cost me approximately $300. After reporting it, I was informed that the exterior parking area is not covered by the security cameras. That was a complete surprise to me. When a facility promotes security, most customers reasonably expect the outdoor storage area to be monitored as well. To make matters worse, I moved out and misunderstood the move-out/sign-out process. Despite no longer using the space, I'm still being told I'm responsible for July's rent. I contacted corporate hoping someone would work with me, but I got the same scripted responses with no meaningful resolution. Filing a police report weeks after the theft isn't likely to recover my property, and it certainly doesn't change the fact that the area where my trailer was stored wasn't under camera surveillance. So from my perspective, I'm out $300 because my property was stolen, and now the company is still trying to collect another month's rent. I would encourage anyone considering storing equipment or trailers here to ask very specific questions about what areas are actually monitored by security cameras and to get the move-out procedures in writing before leaving. I wish I had. I was hoping for customer service that acknowledged the situation and worked toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was left feeling like recovering rent was a higher priority than addressing a customer's loss.

What's THAT place?! It was a big white colonial style building and it was pretty. What else would a good friend do? She turned the car around. She said she would probably pay $5 more by going here, but she wanted me to see it. We pulled into the massive parking lot and drove to the corner where a little bird was taking a bath in a puddle. We got out and the bird was completely unphased. This was his safe place. A floral mecca if you will. We walked past statues and fountains to reach the entrance. There were large carts, baby carts, and wheelchairs available at the entrance. I wandered in and encountered sticker shock. Amy wasn't kidding. Everything was about double what you would find everywhere else. There were quite a few half off sales though, bringing it down to a normal price. Here's the thing though- it's like the difference between a Gucci watch and a Timex. Both are going to do the job, but the Gucci is just more elegant. These plants were lush. They were diverse too. And this place was mammoth. I did not make it through the entire store. It vascillated between indoors and outdoors and stretched back to parts unknown, at least by me. Luckily I found a place to sit so I didn't need to grab a wheelchair. A bunch of patio tables and benches were stationed at the front next to the firewood. I enjoyed the breeze while Amy stood in line. She was right. She paid more. The young guy who rang her up asked if she would like a bag for each one. We missed over that since the bags were smaller than the tomato cages. She said no. We jaunted to the car, loaded up the trunk and much to our dismay our little bathing bird was gone.
