They provide mental health counseling, case management, CBRS services, peer support groups, and 1:1 peer support. The experience my family and I have had here has been great, and we feel very supported with our services. The office is comfortable and clean with great quality of service. It was so easy to fill out. I didn't understand the delay with her. As much as we bonded we unbonded the same. Her lack of looking into my goals, making calls, going online. Me?? Typical I let loose in a text to her about her lack of work. This past Monday she never showed up called texted until 7-8 PM she called. Okay! I was discharged for my text. Hmm, but her lack of work still keeps her job.???

He listened to me and was understanding. The advice he gave was always on point. He alone deserves all the credit for my recovery. His treatment strategies were definitely based on best practices in the field. Some of the other counselors that I've seen don't even use Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, which IMO (In My Opinion) treatment won't work for anyone if these issues are not addressed. He not only listened but remembered for the most part where we left off in our last session.

The other thing that was frustrating was that the front desk has absolutely terrible communication with everyone. I called them twice (the first time several days in advance) to cancel an appointment, they said they would let my CBRS person know, and the day of I called again to make sure they cancelled, and they said they would let my CBRS person know. Neither of those calls or messages got through to my CBRS person, and they ended up waiting for me for 15 minutes before sending me an email to see where I was. Understandably they were frustrated, and so was I. I suggested to them that the company might try to use an app like Telegram to communicate with their staff more easily, but that seems to not be possible. All that said, overall my experiences with everyone have been fine otherwise. They've helped me through an incredibly difficult time in my life and I am forever grateful to them. I just wish the office communication was better.

They think they are better than the people who they are supposed to help! Whenever I was in a crisis, they treated me like I was a sympathy seeker!! I went to every single one of my appointments I had and was never late!! I did all the homework I was given, and I was told I was Resistant to therapy and non-compliant. They made me and my children feel looked down on and that we were worthless. They have the worst ethics I've ever encountered. When asked to have a copy of my records for myself and my children, they have refused to send them to me. I've even got a lawyer to request our records, yet we have not received our records from them!! This is completely unprofessional and against the law!!! Their quality of care is so below par, I don't see how they can still be opened!!
