I booked an appointment for my Daughter to have an ADHD…read morescreening. It was going to cost up to $1500, although they couldn't give me an actual fee because they didnt know what else they would be doing, probably the or MO to upcharge people in need. It also took 3 months to get an appointment. Then they cancelled it less than 24 hours before my appointment and have not bothered to call to reschedule. Nobody answers the phone or returns your calls.

I was referred here for some testing to help sort out whether my symptoms are long-COVID, a side…read moreeffect of medication, or something else. No one here has any interest in talking to you until you fill out what feel like reams of forms, giving them a detailed personal medical history. So I did that. It turns out that they don't want to talk to you after you've filled out the forms, either. You get an email saying thanks for the application, and (almost litterally) don't call us, we'll call you. But they did say that they would call to schedule an appointment "within 5 business days." OK, cool. So I waited for their call. And heard nothing from them for weeks. [cricket sounds] About the time I've given up on hearing from them, I get a call letting me know that I'm allowed to come see them. The "earliest" they could get me in, they said, was over two months later. I schedule the appointment and wait. I'm hoping that the testing can shine the light on some treatment options so that the daily headaches, nausea, anxiety, sleep trouble, and such, can maybe start to improve. So I spend my time recording my symptoms, etc., so I'll be able to give some useful info to the doc when I finally get to an audience. In the meantime, I pop an advil and grit it out. Then, the night before my appointment, they call and cancel it. They offered a new appointment two weeks later. (It seems strange to me that now they have an opening in two weeks, when they made me wait 2+ months before. Is this some kind of test to see if I'm really committed to this relationship? Because it feels like a test.) Whatever. I'm not going to try to deal with these people anymore. I don't get any sense that they are interested in actually seeing patients (try their labyrinth of a voicemail system for an indicator of how much they really don't want to talk to you). At this point, even if it takes me ANOTHER two months to see someone at a different provider, it will be worth it to be able to put these people behind me.
