The chairs are incredibly uncomfortable. There is not enough depth or width in the chair for a person to sit comfortably. I'm 5'10 and the chairs are awkward and difficult to get comfortable and relax which, is part of the experience. The chairs don't recline and there is little back support. I'm hoping the chairs will be changed so I can enjoy my pedicures again!
