I've been going here for about 2 1/2 years after a couple of surgeries on my leg. I always get a one-on-one with one of their compassionate therapists. Every time I get to go, they make me feel like family, I feel more relaxed which makes it easier to work thru the exercises. I highly recommend Randy and his staff, the atmosphere at the clinic is very inviting, no anxiety like I've experienced walking into other clinics. I'm down to going occasionally since they have helped me so much! Randy and Angie's professional degrees offer specific techniques, which will target whatever ails you. Just go, you'll love them!

I was told later by other professional physical therapists the only way to puncture a lung is to be in a hurry or not paying attention. Don't go here. I have a complaint in with Idaho DOPL, And have been advised by numerous doctors and nurses that I should get a lawyer and sue them, so I am. I really almost died. It was horrific. I came to Jared and the team at High Desert Physical Therapy to rehab after having ACL…read morereconstruction surgery. I've been active with athletics my whole life and it was important to me that I received the quality care and attention required to help me achieve a full recovery so that I could return to the activities I value. I've found Jared to be very knowledgeable about various rehabilitation techniques and effective in utilizing them. Through this he is able to develop a customized rehabilitation plan for his patients in order to achieve maximum results. In my particular case, this process has helped me exceed my recovery timeline and achieve milestones for motion, flexibility, and strength more quickly than anticipated. Jared, Penny, Kellie, Avril, Debbie, and of course Gus (the therapy dog), are quick to put a smile on your face while taking an active interest in helping patients achieve their goals. They have a sincere desire to monitor, and increase, their patients' health from the first day you walk in the door and maintain that attitude each time you come back. In addition, the rehab space is large and open which is very welcoming. Because of this environment and the individual attention that patients receive, it never feels too crowded and there is plenty of equipment available to utilize while rehabbing. There are a lot of choices when it comes to physical therapy in Pocatello and Chubbuck. If you value a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, receiving individual attention, and getting the results you desire, then working with Jared and the crew at High Desert Physical Therapy is exactly where you need to find yourself. I know I'm glad I came.

This is a nice place with a good selection of services. However, my experience getting my nails…read moredone has been poor. I was looking for a clean place where the workers can speak English. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.
