Dr. Justin has been my chiropractor and wellness doctor for almost 4 years now! I came in with the…read moreidea that I'd never get better. My body was breaking down fast and all my doctors and specialists told me I would only get worse with time. I couldn't drive, I couldn't go in public without wearing a mask to prevent a severe reaction from laundry soap on other people's clothing, hairspray smells, whiffs of cleaners or perfume or any other chemical smell would send my body into shut down mode. I'd lose my balance and get dizzy to the point of having to use a wheelchair. Even after all of my precautions I'd spend a week or a couple weeks recovering from that outing. I'm a mom of 3 and my life became just laying around and asking other people to help take care of my kids. I knew this wasn't all that was in store for my life but after so many doctors and specialists told me I had "hashimotos, Addison's disease, gastroparesis" and a myriad of other diagnoses I had given up hope. I had changed my diet and ate perfectly what my natural dr told me to, I got adjusted by a chiropractor often and it didn't seem to help. Changing my diet helped my stomach pain but not my other symptoms. I had tried exercising but would crash so hard for days after... I was at a complete loss of what to do. I moved my family back to where my parents are so I could receive more help. I had gotten to the point that I quit trying new doctors or new things that people suggest to me to try because I just always felt worse! My sister asked me to come along with her to a new chiropractor she wanted to take her baby to. It was Dr Hammon at NEXT LEVEL Health Center. Right away he addressed the baby's NERVOUS SYSTEM function!! I'd never heard anything like it. I knew right then that my nervous system was the missing link to all the care and programs I had tried! I signed up to come in right away! The process Dr Hammon uses is like nothing I'd seen! Through acupuncture, brain based chiropractic and focusing on my nervous system I slowly but surely started feeling human again! It was not an easy fix, it wasn't fast, it was hard and at times I wanted to give up but Dr Hammon is so supportive and he cares enough to help you keep going! I no longer have any thyroid or adrenal symptoms! My stomach pumps for itself and I am FULL OF LIFE! I have accomplished all the goals I thought I never would. Thank you will never be enough for the way my life has improved! I suggest coming to Dr Hammon 1 million percent!!!

I went in for back problems, who knew this would lead to resolving a myriad of other health issues…read moreI never thought possible to heal! I'm now on my way to quick recovery from thyroid issues, bowel problems, back pain, and severe menstraul issues. I'm not sure how this is possible, all I know is, my health and life is far better, I'm so happy.

It's sad, when you have a disease, such as Covid and the main staff at Portneuf decide that you do…read morehave Covid. Do nothing more than put you in bed for a few days. Letting you go home thinking it's all better. Then you find out two and a half years later, that the Covid is still there and destroying your life with numerous health issues. Still is. A couple of years ago, I had a prostate surgery and yes, I was at a better hospital. I see Ace W. speaks similar thoughts. I came into Portneuf ER, I had a clogged catheter. Because people came in saying they had the worst pain, I was made to sit in a wheelchair, pissing on myself, until someone finally helped me early in the morning. I was hurting so bad, I ended coming right back to the ER, after my release and am now paying for two ER visits. Current issues: my wife had a hip replacement through her works' medical insurance at Portneuf. There should be a cap on our end regarding our payments; what we owe. This has happened before, I'm sure there are others. Around late September's statement, my wife's bill, payment in October. There's something different about our billing. As usual, Portneuf keeps adding monies to this bill in drips and drabs, during 2025. But Octobers bill through the end of the year we can't access my wife's patient portal to pay the bill. Being disabled it's hard for me to go down each month and make this payment. It seems they saved the best for last. Beginning in January 2026, we start getting notified of a new charge of $1,000 due. Nothing before this is mentioned, on previous bills, except the little bills before October. Angie Statz says Portneuf tried a couple of times to get this money through my wife's insurance, but the insurance company never responded; so, they what to the end of the year and say we now owe another $1000. Larger amount because of it? So, I'm physically going back and forth to Portneuf. Often needing a wheelchair to get where I need to, once inside. I end up with Amanda Pisani, Financial Navigator, whom I've dealt with twice before in 2025. This time she goes into hiding and won't return my calls. Or talk to me when I come in. So, I go to her boss, Angie Statz Executive Assistant, whom I spoke to before and she claims this is not her job to deal with this and sends me back to Amanda Pisani. I tried and tried to get some help with the billing with Amanda, but now there's no response from her, no matter how hard/which way I try. What we have paid and what our share of the bill is, but she refused to help. Those that know the Portneuf website, there's a place where on the main page it says Patients and Visitors. Then you go to patients and Family Advisory. Then patient concerns. There used to be pictures you click on to leave a complaint. Before I had a chance to do this, you now get to send an email to Raydel Gardner and Angie Statz. Seems I feel I get no help to file my complaint on Portneuf's website. My third month, still being ran around in circles still. But was beat to filing a legitimate complaint by their loyal staff, probably someone actually claiming to want to help me. And my true story and experiences aren't told to be able to warn/help others. The best part is. Even though I am paying my wife's bills. Not only are these people mentioned, not willing to help me, But I am now getting threats of collections and ruining my credit. Timothy T Burleson, Navy Veteran, mid-sixties, disabled.

He wanted to get to root cause of my problems. He listened very well and gave me a few options to choose from as in how I want to take my treatment. Then I went to see the nutritionist, Karen, and she also brought some chill vibes and was very knowledgeable about foods and alternative solutions for weight loss. Can't wait to put that plan into play and get my intestines back to normal. Seen the blood lab (damn vampire's) and the hispanic nurse was super funny and cool and even though I warned her about my veins she tried anyways. Well she failed which is okay. She got an awesome ICU nurse to suck the life outta me and usually it takes two or more nurses to get my blood and I spend forever in lab. 4 pokes and she got the blood! Not only was she good at but she was friendly and soothing. I gotta go back to see Marci and I'm pretty sure I won't be disappointed.

This clinic has rude reception staff and poor scheduling. I had my first appointment an hour before…read morethey closed and was rushed to see 3 different people within 30 minutes. In the 10 minutes with the nurse, I was recommended to buy supplements from them. I was rushed to talk to the gatekeeper of GLP-1s (literally one person who you talk to to get it, dose it, pay for it and the pricing is as expensive as it gets), after 5 minutes, was rushed to have my blood drawn, then stood at reception and the GLP-1 lady found me to continue the sales pitch. My second appointment, I got a text from them 2 hours before my appointment, which I didn't see as I was at work, and get to the office to be rudely told about it. Seriously, it is not the message of rescheduling that makes me upset. These women were unprofessional. It is inconvenient to make it to appointments during the workday, they should be gracious and attentive. The nurse didn't show up, that isn't my fault, but apparently it wasn't the receptionists' problem either as I missed the text. They made that part superbly clear. Overall, this clinic feels chaotic and I don't trust "Dr. Salesman" health advice, so I am not going back.
