My body was breaking down fast and all my doctors and specialists told me I would only get worse with time. I couldn't drive, I couldn't go in public without wearing a mask to prevent a severe reaction from laundry soap on other people's clothing, hairspray smells, whiffs of cleaners or perfume or any other chemical smell would send my body into shut down mode. I'd lose my balance and get dizzy to the point of having to use a wheelchair. Even after all of my precautions I'd spend a week or a couple weeks recovering from that outing. I have Cerebal Palsy and these are complications from having multiple surgeries and damaged veins in my legs. Anyways, I find the Nurses and Phd 's fine , but the CNA'S to be a pain I don't know if its due to under staffing or pure laziness. The first time i was in there for 4 days i needed help wiping my rear end because i was in really bad shape from the staph anyways they did it , but not well so i ended up laying in my own poo for two days and had a rash from it . The last admit the CNA spilled my Mtn Dew when she was doing vitals and it went flying and the dew spilled all over me and the floor. She changed my shirt but not the bed pad or wiped me or even mopped the floor . After a couple hrs of lying in it i called the nurse and she cleaned me up and then she called the janitorial service to mop the floor. The other issue I have is billing I have Medicaid and True Blue i showed them my medical cards they even took copies. They must not of billed either properly because its now on my credit report. Also ive gotten 3 calls from 10000000000 claiming they dont have my medical id number. I thought it was bogus and called the hospital directly. They wernt helpful either asking for an account number. I told them my name and phone number and they claimed they didnt even have a record of my being there. I was like whatever..... I still have a PICC line In and had to go to IV therapy for a week for Vancamyssin . I never thought id say i miss Saint Alphonsus medical centers that are in the Boise, Meridian, Caldwell areas , but i do.

I disputed the claims they did not do anything. 1st - they coded the procedures incorrectly and 2nd - they failed to even file it with my proper insurance company. They started threatening emails and then a statement - they would not provide a detailed billing statement after asking twice. I know Blue Cross/Blue Shield stopped working with them. Last time my wife was in for a broken wrist, we sat for over 2 hours in a room with plastic which looked like a mental health room before even seeing anyone for the pain. According to my Facebook posting, they have done this to over 400 others as well.
