I've asked for one multiple times since Kellie originally offered it, but she has not only offered excuses for why it couldn't be given sooner, she has simply become unresponsive to my emails. I understand life happens, but when she has unending excuses for why the box couldn't be shipped and why she can't offer the immediate refund that I should get, and then just ignores my emails, I have very little understanding for that. Very unprofessional, dare I say scammer? She took my money and ran with it and offered nothing in return but excuses.
