Asked multiple times if she was the right therapist for me and she kept stringing me along. Never did give a diagnosis. Filed a written complaint (as instructed) and was told I should have addressed the issues during the sessions, which I did. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed and will make sure everyone I know that this is not the place to go.

went here as a child and since then, I haven't been back to counseling for 10 years because of it…read more Kept getting handed off to someone new every month, specifically had a counselor named Amy (also known as an AA counselor) who broke confidentiality and treated a 13 year old kid's life like a drama TV show. Went to other coworkers and even my family members about what happened in my sessions when BY LAW she couldn't unless I was a threat to myself or others. Counselors get around this rule by saying "they misinterpreted" what you said, so they legally can't get in trouble for violating your privacy. I was prescribed a new medication every week because they were lazy and didn't actually want to help you through your problem, they also have record time getting you out the door before you even realize what happened. unless you're a pill popper and/or don't want genuine help, DO NOT go here. Extremely lazy staff that sees clients as cash cows, not people who are struggling.
