After being clearly informed that paying out of pocket would cost significantly less than going through insurance, we chose to pay the full "cash pay" amount using our HSA card. Despite that, the office inexplicably billed our insurance anyway -- resulting in a surprise bill arriving two months later. When we contacted them for clarification, we were met with confusion and disorganization. None of our other appointments were recorded in their billing system, effectively erasing any trace of them and implying we had paid "under the table" -- seriously inaccurate especially considering payment was made using a traceable HSA card. Also, being told we did not pay the correct amounts regardless of that being the amount paid during checkout and having been told by the Therapist himself. When we followed up after receiving the second bill, we were dismissed with, "You signed the insurance paperwork, so you owe it," ignoring the fact that we had already paid in full based on the price given to us at the time of service -- and that we were told the issue would be resolved when we first contacted them. This is either gross incompetence or an intentional bait-and-switch tactic. Either way, the result is a breach of trust and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing, triple--check what you're told at the front desk, and be prepared for potential billing games.

You still get treated amazingly, as a patient and a person, while in there. You get the best physical therapy you can get in the valley. I have been forced to try PT other places, during the first 9 surgeries on my right shoulder, as they was workmans comp. Workmans comp, forced me to switch to a PT place in IF for my 4th surgery. At the 8 week mark the Physical Therapist ripped my shoulder apart, while stretching me. My lawyer made Workmans comp, let me finish PT at Mobley's. They helped keep me in as much of one piece as possible while waiting for the 5th surgery. I had three very crappy surgeons work on my shoulder for the first 9 surgeries. Tracey and Carl are the only ones capable of giving me the chance to heal up to the best of my abilities during those surgeries. I began going back to them for PT after I came out of a 12 week coma, from a severe TBI. Carl and Tracey have helped me stay living through an impossible situation. I woke up with to much brain damage to be alive, and a totally destroyed body. Carl is still aiding me in being able to stand up strait, have the ability to take care of myself, and live the best life I can. I recomend Main Street Physical Therapy to everyone and anyone I can.

I saw Dr. Torngren and he was so friendly and helped me so much! I only came in a few time, I was ultimately put in a walking boot, but I never had a bad experience here (minus the pain I was in when I first arrived haha). After I finished receiving treatment/care here I found out that a friend of mine had seen Dr. Torngren several months prior and she also loved him!

I did have an injury to o it while lifting a suitcase a little while before I went to him. He found a small bone that had chipped off and was lodged into the joint space. It was hard for me to imagine (A) how he found that small bone and (B) how that smanhll piece of bone could cause that big of a problem. Regardless, he found it and fixed it for me and I haven't had any problems since. He is a very friendly and compassionate Doctor. Dr. Andary replaced both of my knees a few years back and I can say I am totally thrilled that the…read moresurgeries were complete successes. I had a good experience with Dr. Andary. The only problem I had was the first knee got a superficial infection when the nurse took out the staples at week 8. She had no gloves on and I suspect that's how it was transmitted. Always make sure they have gloves on, any nurse that will come in contact with a wound. Had to go to wound care for 6 weeks.
