Everyone has their own rules. No two people live by the exact rules. For me, I had no rights. Others had their rights in the room, but not me. I lost more sleep there than ever in my life. Curfew is 10pm for me, but the TV across the room is still on it's just about 11pm. An overhead wall light that is a bright as a semi truck has been on since 10am. I'm going to buy this person a lamp. Physically Therapy staff is great. Neil Neil Neil. He's just the best. I'm not happy with being asked "why are you here?" "why did you com here?" By a young PT staff member. Kelsey, Hannah, Maddie, Mary, Harmon, Matt, Luke,,,,, and each n every one IH ASHLEY AND PAM--best two nurses there is. I didn't like getting my night meds 1.5 hours late weeks ago and just a couple days ago I didn't get my meds until 10pm. Both times-same nurse. Building is nice. Oh, Ray the maintenance guy is great. Tyson n Teresa and Georgeanna are the ADM there is. Thank you Tyson for your kindness, support and making me not so nervous. But back to rules--why do they only pertain to me?

Very professional and up to date on latest methods of physical therapy. His staff is kind, eager and very capable. The are pleasant to work with and professional in their work. Though his therapist are young, (college interns), they are extremely bright and capable. Dr. Rawlings goes beyond normal care. He is sensitive to my needs and willing to push me for a better recovery. In truth, I know of the other therapist in town, and Dr. Rawlings far exceeds anything that I have met, heard about or have known those under their care. I always feel bad for them when they tell me how their therapy has gone or is going in comparison to the care I receive. Dr. Rawlings is the best choice in our region.

Jody was knowledgeable and was able to tell me more about what was wrong (which the doctor couldn't), and what I needed to do to fix it. All the staff are really friendly, and make a point of learning your name. I was only going to be on campus for a few more weeks before heading home, and let them know upfront, and the service didn't change. Jody and Dustin answered any questions I had and were willing to explain what they were doing, the reasoning behind it, and the benefits that would come from it. I improved significantly in my few weeks, and though I'm not yet fully recovered, I'm currently looking for a physical therapist at home who will continue what they did for me.

(I'll spare details) He absolutely saved my life, without me even knowing that I was in trouble. I was focused on my brand new baby. He is also our family doctor and pediatrician. He always makes sure that we know the science behind things. He gives out his cell phone number and always texts back right away. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for answers to my concerns regarding fevers, broken bones, infections- everything. David Day is also awesome. We don't see him as often but when we do, we are always pleased. I suppose, by way of constructive criticism, I would say that I'd prefer a designated "sick" side of the waiting area, rather than everyone being just mingled together.

Madison Memorial Hospital is a terrible hospital. I dropped my sister off at the hospital after she…read morecalled me drunk. Her friend said she had two separate convulsions while drinking. She convulsed again when we got there. Dr. Hancock refused to test her for alcohol poisoning, it was a battle to get them to let her finish a single IV bag. They said it's normal to have convulsions after drinking. IT IS NOT NORMAL TO HAVE CONVULSIONS FOR DRINKING. This is not our first bad experience with the ER in Rexburg. We always cringe when we see it's Doctor Hancock coming into our ER room. He is literally the worst ER doctor we have ever met.
