My wife and I then completed a preference sheet. She attended to my wife first as I waited in the lobby in a cozy armchair. After my wife completed her hour, Amanda came to the front and confirmed my preferences, asked me to undress to my comfort level and go under the covers. The massage was the peak of the experience. Amanda was very skillful and professional. She focused on the knots throughout my body and I felt relaxed as hoped. We completed our hour and returned to the front. She also explained to my wife how to take care of her knots and keep them from coming back. Well worth the money spent. The only detractor was when my wife came back from the restroom and said it was not well. She said the trash was not taken out and the floors were not swept. (We were first clients on Monday morning so it was there over the weekend.) As a place of health and relaxation cleanliness should be an important step in the process. We were seen by PA Black, who spent less than 10 minutes with us. He diagnosed the bumps as unspecified dermatitis and prescribed two creams (Triamcinolone and Desonide). He also identified the bump on her foot as a wart but provided no treatment. The bill came to $328 after insurance adjustments. The billing code stated "OFFICE O/P NEW MOD 45 MIN," which didn't reflect the actual time spent or complexity of the visit. I left two voicemails with no response, visited the office in person, and was told the billing rep would call me back--she didn't. After multiple follow-ups, I finally spoke with someone who explained that the charge was due to her being considered a "new patient" (despite being seen five years ago) and the condition being "moderate," resulting in a level 4 charge. When I asked to speak with the provider who entered the code, I was told he likely wouldn't remember the case and is too busy. I was then directed to contact the CFO. I have no issue paying for services rendered, but this visit felt over-coded and the follow-up was frustrating and unhelpful. Just a heads-up to others: you may be charged significantly more than expected for what seems like a simple visit.

You still get treated amazingly, as a patient and a person, while in there. You get the best physical therapy you can get in the valley. I have been forced to try PT other places, during the first 9 surgeries on my right shoulder, as they was workmans comp. Workmans comp, forced me to switch to a PT place in IF for my 4th surgery. At the 8 week mark the Physical Therapist ripped my shoulder apart, while stretching me. My lawyer made Workmans comp, let me finish PT at Mobley's. They helped keep me in as much of one piece as possible while waiting for the 5th surgery. I had three very crappy surgeons work on my shoulder for the first 9 surgeries. Tracey and Carl are the only ones capable of giving me the chance to heal up to the best of my abilities during those surgeries. I began going back to them for PT after I came out of a 12 week coma, from a severe TBI. Carl and Tracey have helped me stay living through an impossible situation. I woke up with to much brain damage to be alive, and a totally destroyed body. Carl is still aiding me in being able to stand up strait, have the ability to take care of myself, and live the best life I can. I recomend Main Street Physical Therapy to everyone and anyone I can.
