Easy parking and I was out in ten minutes after paying for registration for my 87 Truck. They now mail the tags and you get a proof of registration paper after you pay. Pretty simple. I was one of three in line at ten in the morning. Works for me.

Waited for about twenty minutes and was told my marriage certificate isn't valid because it's foreign and that I need to go to the county clerk for an Arizona one. I told her that it's not what the attorney who married us said and that this marriage certificate was sufficient to change my SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. No dice. She said to come back when I have the right certificate. Fast forward to today- I go to the superior court who tell me that my certificate is legal and binding and fine. I go back to this place and wait for another hour while they email to verify that the court clerk was correct. Again, no dice. I was, however given a checklist of acceptable documentation and guess what!!!! My documents were acceptable. I simply left and went to the MVD on the east side and had my new drivers license in eight minutes flat. Yes, eight. I have collectively wasted one full day chasing my tail due to this facility providing incorrect and inaccurate information. Furthermore, the supervisor was sitting in the office in the left hand corner, no lights on hollering orders to people throughout the office. It was just an awful experience. I'd rather have a root canal or hang out in a dumpster than ever come back.

"Would I recommend this business?" Absolutely and definitely not. I needed to get an AZ Driver's…read moreLicense after moving here from out of state. Given the long waits at the DMV I thought this would be a good alternative. I couldn't have been more mistaken. First, they charge $50 to get the license which, if it was a convenience, I'd be happy to pay. However, after not receiving the license in the mail after two weeks I called and was advised to keep waiting. After waiting another month, I called back and was then conveniently told that I'd need to return to the office to take a new picture and pay an additional $50 fee because at this point I "waited to long." After asking on the phone if this could be waived since no one at any point mentioned they had an in office policy that they'll retake the photo free of charge within a month but not thereafter the incredibly rude employee declined to do so, blamed me for not knowing their policy, told us to go to the DMV and hung up. If you're looking for an alternative to the DMV I'd highly recommend that you go literally anywhere but here. I would've rather driven all the way to Phoenix for better service. Truly, unbelievable to me so the only silver is lining is my hope that my experience can save someone else from having the same. Best of luck! PS--if you get/got caught up in the same scam we did, don't worry there's still hope. ADOT will reissue your ID free of charge for 90 days. For convenience, their main line is 602-255-0072 :)

She was asking for unnecessary documentation and wanted me to bring my wife in to sign paperwork on something that she did not need to so I ended up going somewhere else that was more helpful and was more straightforward. We didn't recommend coming back here ever again.

They were fast and efficient and it was SUPER convenient to have them available. The fees are reasonable (I think it was like $20 to do the transfer?). The negatives? Parking lot was packed and is impossible to get in and out of. The building also was pretty packed and they don't have a single chair in the place which kind of sucks if you're old or can't stand for long periods. It would be good if they had a "take a number" system and then you can sit and wait to be called... but honestly it was a good experience.

Employees Playing Games with people's hard earned money here!!!…read more I thank God I decided to write the bill out before I left that place, noticed that the check said $176.12 and I gave the woman $276 with 15 cents and that's what I told her that I wanted the money order for $276.12. I gave her $276.15. as I was leaving she didn't bother to give me the receipt and I didn't ask for it but I did ask for my three pennies (lol) that she didn't give me. so when I sat in the car and noticed that the check was only for $176.12 and I saw her counting it she counted 276.15 but gave me the money order for 176.12. went back in store and asked for my receipt. I said you didn't give me one. She found it on her desk. She tells me it saids $176.12. I said I don't care what it said I gave you that amount. She was insisting I was wrong. I said you are not going to cheat me out of my money. The manager got there and said we'll have to see if she's over. They found the extra $100. But if I didn't count for myself and wasn't sure what I gave her, I probably be shit out luck. Don't rely on the employee to be honest. Maybe it was a mistake but be careful. I didn't feel she was being honest about it. .
