The cop said it was a 25 mile an hour zone. i told him repeatedly that after the 25 mile an hour sign there were 45 mile an hour signs (plural). This dumbass gave me a ticket anyway so i had to either pay a fine for a ticket I wasn't guilty for, pay for a class to keep my record clean, or fight the ticket in court. It cost me over $1,000 to fight the ticket in court and the jackass cop didn't even have the balls to show up. I can understand people making mistakes, but this one had a significant price tag to it i volunteer and I shot that local businesses the money I would spend on giving back to my community and purchasing goods from local mom and pop shops has been decimated for one month so when the economy is drowning you can bet your sweet ass at the Tucson cops are going to make it worse..​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

There's a food hall in development and many more attractions on the horizon. Downtown has a cool city feel, it's smaller but I enjoyed having a convention center, arena, and several public activities during the end of the year. My family and I spotted an ice rink hosted by the local hockey team the Tucson Roadrunners! Tucson has a several hiking trails, a national park near (Saguaro), and beautiful views of the desert mountain landscape. The roads are pretty good, much better than other cities I've visited in the US. If you're an introvert, this is a great place. Overall, the locals were pretty decent. I ran in to a couple of unsavory, raunchy people with no class but hey that's everywhere. Thankfully, since Tucson is more diverse and has a big Hispanic community, there's a little less prejudice here. I have hope for Tucson as it's quickly progressing.

I am a kind and considerate senior And although I can be grouchy I have never been rude on Christmas Day to ANYONE. Then I get a call from the front desk demanding that I vacate the premises because I was rude to one of their employees. I asked what does rude mean to them? Did I forget to say thank you? When I asked for salt did they not like my tone?... Not only would the front desk NOT tell me what crime i committed besides being "rude" she ACTUALLY hung up on me when I insisted she explain the incident. I guess my insistence was rude in her mind. Oh but this gets better, WAY better! Three police officers, In full tactical gear bulletproof vests sidearms and really bad attitudes, show up at my hotel room door and tell me I have 30 minutes to vacate the premises or they will "arrest me for criminal trespassing." I had paid over $800 To enjoy my Christmas holiday; Yeah worst Christmas I've ever had ho ho ho. No one at the hotel nor the police officers would tell me ANYTHING... Except that I was rude. They didn't even have the common sense to make stuff up! Frankly, now this is just me; but RUDE is having three officers show up at my hotel room door standing legs akimbo with their hands over their private parts, attempting desperately to look intimidating and so deadly serious!!! But as I said, and this is just my opinion: THATS SO FAR BEYOND RUDE That every single one of those officers and the hotel workers, manager, general manager, should be fired and find employment in psych hospitals.

I traveled to the south MVD here in Tucson on Broadmont to handle some 'adult life western world' things. The bathrooms were decent. It's distasteful and I can't see why it's so difficult of a thing to remove the mirrors and other things but not clean up the walls or at least make it look nicer. They really just let things look bad. Scan your ID , or schedule an appointment online ahead of time, but either way you'll hop in a line. There are no chairs except for handicap individuals. Plenty of room for chairs IMO! I was very happy with the person who helped me. She was so attentive, clear, listened and helped. Thank goodness for a good human interaction! Would I recommend this place? Well ya, if you gotta handle things. But I'm not sure what the other places are like in comparison. I didn't take too many pics because it was pretty busy.
