If you live in Vail and get delivery free I give them 2 maybe 3 stars because the equipment will work but not good and it's all used and abused heavily and slapped back together for the next customers top dollar so the damage waiver might be necessary. The job was just shipping it was a easy job for the money you make. The crew and team lead was always there to help you. Supervisor was a ok guy till you transfer to 1st shift. Then tries to get you fired for anything. On 1st shift you will learn a lot more there. Because you do shipping and receiving. The people on that crew and supervisor are there to help you no matter what. Beside a few people. To let you know there is really no room to grow in that company the highest you can go is maybe a team lead on 1st shift but highly doubt that. If you are an operator you have to watch out for people in production they seem like they want to get in your way when you are operating a forklift. So they can get a claim. That one thing the warehouse manager needs to work on. They do have safety meetings but I don't think they help to much because it's more about watching a YouTube video about a lecture on life. When someone comes in they check on the day shift but the night shift they give them heads up on what going on or who to watch out for prior a day or to before. The pay starts any where from $10.00 - to 11.50 then after 90 days $12.00 - $13.00. but in the end it's a easy job 3rd shift is more stressful free and 1st it can be stressful some days.

Nothing for me. I doubt much more for anyone else either. Try harder guys. It's so much easier to be decent, as opposed to demeaning. Especially not knowing my story.
