Colin was a very competent individual. He was thorough and fantastic in communicating problems and issues associated with use and from pack rat activities. He resolved all of the problems and cleaned up the BBQ beyond my wildest expectations!! Very professional and I highly recommend this company and Colin!! I will use their services on an annual cycle to keep the BBQ in top operating condition!! Much less costly than replacing the BBQ....... read more

I was VERY HAPPY with the job that Jordan did on my grill and overhead vent, & filters. He spent almost 6 hrs working on it. A dirty and difficult job to shine stainless steel. It all looks new. Highly recommend Tucson Grill Cleaning. Not cheap IMO but worth what I paid. Thank You!! read more

Fantastic work and a very thorough job. Essentially left me with a brand new grill. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The service was excellent. Greg Miller was on time, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about our grill and what repairs were needed in addition to the cleaning. He worked hard all day to give us a new grill. Will use them again. read more

My grill was very dirty and greasy. Greg spent hours cleaning it and it is looking great. Very thorough and did a complete job. I'll call them again for sure read more

Outstanding company in every way. I was particularly impressed by owner Ron Beaton's direction to his crews always to find something extra to surprise and delight the customer. In my case it was fixing a water feature pump that had not been working right. Greg and Jordan were terrific in bringing my 20 year old Turbo back to life, They cleaned it top to bottom, diagnosed the problems, and replaced the igniter, briquettes and regulator. I now have the equivalent of a $3000 grill for a small fraction of the price. I was always kept informed regarding any changes to the ETA. Great customer care all around. Well done, TGC! read more

Jordan did a fantastic job on cleaning our (26) year old Viking Roll Around Grill!! I highly recommend Tucson Grill Cleaning.

My grill is nearly twenty years old and has never had a thorough cleaning. On top of that it needed some repairs. Jordan showed up at my house at 8AM and was here until 8PM. My grill looks 1000% better and is now functioning as good as new. This is my second review. The first review was not entirely complementary due to pricing. Within fifteen minutes of posting that review I received a phone call from the owner who is issuing me a partial refund. You can't ask for better customer service than that. Highly recommended. read more

I booked on line... no other option. Over a week waiting for the repair no call, no message, no show... now the owners calls distraught says did he not call you... (I will update this review if things look up from here--stay tuned. Well they rebooked and he showed up however was not able to address our grill problem... next step a plumber read more

Had a great experience with Tucson Grill. Elihu was so nice and informative as he worked on getting my really dirty grill cleaned. He spent a long time making sure everything worked. I have an older AlFresco grill which was in dire need of service. Thanks guys for a job well done read more

I gotta say I was not happy with this service. My husband has a Memphis Pellet Grill and the technician looked at the grill and asked what it was. The grill has wheels, instead of laying a tarp down and rolling the grill onto it, he laid the tarp in front of the grill and now I have a mess on my pavers all around where he cleaned. The technician got a good bit off the grill but not nearly what I thought he would have after 4 hours and at a cost of $400. When he was done he wiped the stainless steel grill down and it looks like he used his greasy cleaning rag, streaks, smudges and wipe marks all over it. I will not be calling these folks again. read more

We have a Weber Summit gas grill that we use all the time, and hardly ever clean! Colin did an exquisite job cleaning our grill. He was on time, friendly, assessed the situation and worked consistently to make our grill shine! And we are soooo happy! He even gave me some tips about how to make the grill work better in the future. I would definitely recommend Tucson Grill Cleaning and will use them again in the future! read more

I have an outdoor Viking Grill in our Tucson home, which had not been working properly for a while. I arranged an appointment for servicing long distance from NY where we live most of the year. First of all, the communication was terrific. I was called back very promptly and received emails reminding me of the appointment and confirming it. The technician named Colin arrived a few minutes early and carefully examined the grill before quoting a price for the repairs and cleaning which I was under no obligation to accept. It was a very fair price for cleaning a very large grill that hadn't been serviced in six years. Colin also pointed out what did not need to be replaced as well as the repairs he recommended. He did so in a very articulate and straightforward manner which I could understand pretty well even though I have a very low mechanical aptitude! Finally, he did a great job cleaning the grill and getting the ignition to work on all the burners. It looks great and works fine even though a few additional parts need to be replaced. Although they are not the cheapest in town I was extremely satisfied with Tucson Grill Cleaning services and the price was fair. read more

Colin did a great job. He was there on time, worked diligently, was very professional and our grill looks like new again. We couldn't be happier. read more

Colin cleaned my dirty gas grill and did a marvelous job. The grill is 13 years old but now it looks brand new! I would strongly recommend you let them clean yours! Thanks again! read more

Collin is a beast!!! Grill looks brand new.

These guys are crazy. Had them come out to take a look at a propane grill as when I tried it, a few days before booking an appointment, only the side burner would light. I know the grill was in extremely dirty due to issues beyond our control it and had not been used or cleaned in quite a while. It was always covered and had there weren't any signs of rust anywhere. When they came out my father was home. I can only go based on what my father said because this professional company did not leave a written estimate, did not leave an invoice, did not send an estimate through e-mail and there wasn't a follow up call. They quoted close to $2000 to clean the grill. Not to repair it mind you, but clean it. $2000 to clean a grill. Their website, $85/hr. OK, I work in the service industry and $85/hr is actually a pretty good rate. They estimated it would take 3-4 hours to clean. So you mean to tell me, the solvents they would use cost $1600? Even with the service industry standard mark up that is absolutely ridiculous. Better yet, they tried talking my father out of having it cleaned and tried to sell him an entire new grill for $2500 with a non rusting metal. That was the benefit in their sales pitch. Avoid them unless you like wasting money. My buddy came over the day after their visit and a 12 pack later got it looking brand new with vinegar and baking soda. Had to cancel a few Saturday plans to be able to get my dad taken care of but 40 bucks compared to 2k? I took the better deal. read more

5stars because they deserve it. Made contact over the internet and received a prompt reply. Set up appointment for 2 days later . Sean arrived and went to work. When he was finished our 10 year old Weber barbecue looked brand new. Price was acceptable and much cheaper than a new one. read more

Tucson Grill Cleaning is a marvelous service. Colin was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He restored an ancient grill back to life and I'm so pleased with the results. Thank you. read more

This company does not appear to be honest regarding their prices for cleaning services as outlined on the website. My grill was supposed to cost $199.95 for cleaning. However, when the worker showed up to start the job, the price jumped 50% to $300.00 because of the amount of work. I reminded the worker about the price quoted on the companies website, and he stated that those prices are simply a guideline. This does not appear to be an honest approach to doing proper business and I therefore recommend strongly against doing business with this company. read more
