DO NOT use this towing company. They towed our vehicle illegally and damaged it in the process. Very unprofessional staff. Beware!!

These guys get the job done and are great people. The personal owner helped me which gave me a comfortable feeling due to how humble he was.

So I'm going to list this in pros and cons and explain as I go…read more Pros: + Awesome waiting area - I've been in a lot of auto shops before, and waiting areas are important, but often not paid much attention to when it comes to auto repair shops. I mean, I have been in shops where the waiting room was literally a couch on the side of the garage. This is a tragedy because auto repair usually takes quite some time, especially if they have to order parts for your vehicle. This place, though, has a beautiful waiting area. A water cooler, several nice chairs, a children's play area, a large screen TV, several magazines on topics other than cars, including TIME magazine. There was also a nice bathroom for anyone waiting a while like I was. And on another note, in the bathroom I saw a drawer labeled "feminine products." In an auto shop? It blew my mind. + Good service - I called 3 different auto shops when I was looking to get my brakes done. This one was the only one that actually picked up the phone. They had a regularly manned front desk. The main person who handled the back and forth between the mechanics and me seemed to be knowledgeable about the mechanic side, but also able to deal with customers with ease, which is rare. The rain also started to pick up as I left, so he let me leave out the back instead of having me walk in the rain to my car. + Clean auto shop all around - Not only was the waiting area clean, but the auto shop itself was as well. + Fair pricing and knowledgeable mechanics - All labor and parts are broken down on your bill, and if there is extra work that needs to be done, they will discuss it with you first. It was also nice that they managed to get a picture to show me of the part that needed to be replaced, so I knew they weren't just making stuff up. Cons: + Limited parking at the office - There are only three parking spaces before the mechanic's yard. Two were used when I got there. If anyone had arrived after me, I don't think they would've had anywhere to really park unless they went directly into the yard. In general, this auto shop was very good. For most, the experience would've rated fantastic, however, I'm particularly picky when it comes to auto repair shops. Before I moved to Atlanta, I had a regular mechanic in Oklahoma who was better than any other I've ever had. He was the kind that walked you out to the garage to show you all the problems in person that he found with your car. He also did the job in half the time in comparison to most repair shops. Had he repaired my car on this occasion as well, if I know him, he would've told me the extent of the repair within the first 15 minutes that he was working on the car, and likely had the repair done within two hours. In comparison, it took over an hour and a half for this shop to even ask for my consent for the bulk of the repairs and another 2 and half hours to complete. By industry standards, this shop is still very good, and would be rated probably as one of the best in the area. However, its still not on the same level as the auto shop I had in the past. Therefore, it still left me feeling less than completely satisfied.

Always the best. Costs a little more but extremely worth it. Fantastic service. Great quality…read morerepairs. Timely communication.

Complaint Letter (For Yelp / Google Reviews)…read more Title: Unreliable Roadside Assistance - Left Stranded by Life360, Reece to the Rescue & Angel Towing --- I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering using Life360 roadside assistance, especially when partnered with Reece to the Rescue or Angel Towing. Over the course of two days, I requested a tow through Life360. Two different companies -- Angel Towing and Reece to the Rescue -- both failed to show up, canceled without notice, and refused to answer their phones or respond to messages. Angel Towing accepted the dispatch, then immediately canceled stating their driver had a flat tire--yet never followed up or offered a solution. They just canceled my request and submitted my request to Reece to the Rescue Towing. Reece to the Rescue was assigned next, but never arrived and ignored every call and text to their listed number. When I contacted Life360 support, things got even worse. I was repeatedly given disconnected or incorrect phone numbers and told to "call back later." The agent refused to escalate me to an actual supervisor or customer service representative, stating chat-only support -- even after I made it clear I had already been stranded for hours. Because of this repeated negligence, I missed my repair shop's operating window and lost an entire day trying to get basic assistance I was promised and paying for. --- Bottom Line: Life360's roadside assistance system is broken. It was once top-notch, now somehow they have ran it into the ground. Angel Towing and Reece to the Rescue are completely unreliable partners. If you value your time and safety, do NOT rely on any of these companies in an emergency. I will be posting this review across Yelp and.Google for all companies so others don't get stranded like I did.
