He forced the door open, grabbed his hammer and banged the corner a few times and voila!! He didn't even charge me anything which I am so grateful for because I've been dreading spending money I don't have. It's nice to drive without the constant beeping of an unclosed door and the $3,700 price tag hanging over my head to get it fixed. Also, he will start adding things not required despite knowing that it is a 20 year old car and just the crash bar and the bumper needs to be replaced. I did not want anything else done and Anyelo went on how the manager instructed that the frame needs to be pulled and cannot give warranty till that is done. In addition, he wanted to keep the car while he ordered the parts rather than calling me when the parts arrived. Angela is all talk, zero action. Despite telling her to have Anyelo to return phone call, she will give excuses, "he is out to lunch", etc. Do not go to the Abbotts Bridge location. Instead go to Cummings location and Kevin and Glenda will treat you honestly and do what you ask them to do. No playing games, professional, and let me keep the car while the parts were ordered. Same company different location and great honest attitude. Angela and Anyelo should learn from Kevin and Glenda how to treat people honestly. The manager at the Abbots Bridge location needs to take a hard look in the mirror and take a lesson on Ethics.

I dropped my 2019 Audi off early in the afternoon to have my front grill replaced with an upgraded version. Upon arrival Nicholas explained the cost and process to me. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. Took the car to an oil change place who did not properly put the plug in or the cover on the bottom of the car which caused it to flap on the catalytic converter, burning the piece. For the estimate, I received a text which I did not consent to as it is customary to call the customer to discuss the estimate which I had to do instead. They fixed that issue and replaced a hose too then delivered my car less than 5 mins drive from the shop to my driveway. The window was left down. It rained in the car. No invoice was left in the car so I had to go back to get it. When I complained about the window and the rain, the owner said, "this is why we don't drive customers home." Excuse me? Blaming the customer for a problem that was on your end? Then he proceeded to tell a story about having to send a text because of the state of Georgia's system requirements. I question the veracity of that statement for sure. Then he proceeded to mansplain to me that I had to hold the key a certain way for it to work. Seriously? This is the second Ford Flex I have owned and this is nonsense. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices. I can see why their shop is not busy.
