Jennifer and an elder lady named Mary I remember her name started with M, aren't helpful at all. They pick up the phone and give random information that when you call again they both deny. When you pull up to get your car they're drinking coffee, smoking, looking at your face and doing anything but their job. Ridiculous practices and prices. Tow truck driver was…read moreextremely rude and was arguing with me on phone calls and after finally showing up after I had been stranded from a blow out on the side of the interstate for over 3 hours. Kept arguing constantly that I wasn't where I kept saying I was, after I repeatedly gave proper location multiple times to insurance,dispatcher, and him. DOT had even stopped to check on me and confirmed I was giving correct location and directions as DOT was right there when I was on the phone with tow truck driver. He acted like he was just going to leave me sitting there and had even marked on the app that he had arrived when he hadn't and I had to call the dispatcher all stressed out bc of what he was doing on top of already being stressed out from being stranded on an extremely busy interstate in a very dangerous location for HOURS. NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH BEING TREATED LIKE THIS!! Once he finally arrived he CONTINUED his behavior of arguing with me in the tow truck arguing that I didn't give the proper directions and location. Then I called Triple RRR and they had a driver there in no time to tow the car for almost half what A+ Towing wanted to charge....and without the redneck attitude.
