Someone else from the firm was there in her place. I have had to send multiple emails when I had questions, many often resulted in me having to call the law office instead and leave a message with one of the staff members. I believe the paralegals did more for my case than she did. I had a big concern about my vehicle. I could not afford to lose it due to being on Social Security Disability. It was financed through a credit union who refused to do just the affirmation on the car. They wanted to tack on a credit card and a loan. She didn't even fight for me. Now I'm stuck using my brother's truck which I can barely get in and out of because it is too high off the ground. My vehicle was perfect for my mobility issues. I feel screwed. Bankruptcy is not a decision that anyone should take lightly, I certainly didn't. It makes you feel like a failure. No one should feel worse because they have a crummy attorney.
