Spoke to me like I was incompetent. Went in for a consultation and although the reception lady was okay the actual consultation with Paul Gresk "abogado Pablo" was very rushed & rude. He speaks to his clients like dummies (possibly to take advantage of their situation) and is not personable AT ALL. Didn't ask about our specific situation was rushed, and didn't like questions. HAD THE AUDACITY to speak to me & my partner as if we knew no English and had just arrived in this country and knew nothing. Was offended when I mentioned I was also considering other immigration offices. AS IF that wasn't enough, he pushed one pathway on after I mentioned I had heath problems that would not allow that. I was very offended when he assumed I could not pay for school nor was a University student. Will not be going back. I have done a lot of filing myself for my wife and boys. With little time my wife and I thought we would have a lawyer file our I-130. Went in on May 15, 2021 and paid $100 to get things started. Had to get documents for them and bring back. 2 days later we brought the documents in and paid another $200, they said they would call back with a date to sign the petition. Never got a call and when we called they would send us to voice Maile and these messages were never return. February 1, 2022 we go in to see if we can find out a status on our case. They had no record of my wife (petitioner) or her mother and they lost our documents. After 2 weeks and not getting any calls returned we finally set up a meeting with Greek himself. He kicked us out of the building without out documents, luckily he gave us our money back. Among all this I was treated pretty rudely by the staff on the phone an in person. I would not recommend going here for any immigration needs. They are incompetent and do not treat there clients well. read more

I have dealt with these people for years. The first time was to get my green card and they did a decent job, but after one of the only competent people left, that was the end of that. Have called them over 10 times and email them with no response and the last straw was when i called AGAIN And had to speak to the front desk while she put me on hold every 30 seconds to go ask the question of whoever she was dealing with instead of just patching me through to her. And when asked her to do that she said fine, with a very rude tone of voice, put me on hold and transferred me which is where the line just kept ringing, then went to voicemail again! I hung up try calling back Immediately, but they were already closed so they never answered. It legitimately seems that the only time they are attentive is when you are a prospect, once you have made your initial payment, they don't seem to give two blips about you. The front desk is non-responsive and ignorant about most things, while the attorney aids/paralegals are condescending and grandiose in attitude, but with minimal people skills and knowledge. Been dealing with them for 3 years when it was only supposed to take 6 months. Every time I went in with what they told be to bring, there was always something else that they needed me to get. Finally got everything in May 2014 and called them to schedule to sign the papers that they supposedly had ready. Had to leave a message and never got a call back. Finally started trying again after 3 months. On August 3,2014 called and got after hours voicemail at 8:30am left a message, it says they will call you back by the end of the next business day. Hadn't received a callback so called again on August 7, 2014 got the after hours voicemail again at 9:00am left a message. Hadn't received a callback so called again on August 12, 2014 almost had a heart attack when someone answered only to be disappointed cause they said their system was down and they would have to call me back. Called again this morning August 13, 2014 at 9:30am told them I need to make an appointment to sign my papers. After being on hold she comes back on just to tell me she will have to call me back because she has to find out if the papers are even ready to sign. So over pouring money out and not getting the service I need in return. My suggestion if you need an immigration lawyer is do not use Gresk & Singleton, find a more competent one. read more

My husband and I have been with G&S for a good four years now. Four years of being told they "need more paperwork". Four years of "No, no, there's *another* payment due, but we **swear** it's the last one. The best part? After three and a half years and over 7,000 dollars spent (the original price was supposed to be 5 even), when we finally had had enough and told them we would call down every agency with clout on their heads, we met our lawyer for the FIRST time. That's right, first. She was a good five years younger than me (I'm not even thirty), had no idea what the "new process of approval for visas" was, and made the exact same promises we'd heard for three years. Fast forward six months and . . . . nothing. Well, the same old nothing anyway. "We need more detailed paperwork, we need more money, you need to work harder on this, blah blah and by the way if you don't get approved in the next few months, you'll have to hire us all over again". Translation: You'll have to pay all the fines over again. Warning: STAY AWAY! These people are no more than modern version of schisters and carpetbaggers that took advantage of immigrants in the early 1900s. Scam artists with legal degrees.
