This is a high-volume law firm that relies on heavy advertising to drum up business. My experience with them in a OWI defense case was poor enough that, after investing $3500 with them for representation, I had to fire them and hire another attorney to get the job done. Over 18 months (covid drug it out) I met the attorney representing me only once, in court, despite asking for a meeting several times. They never once interviewed me to ascertain my side of the case, they never deposed the arresting officer despite promising to do so, the communication with me was poor, erratic, and often untimely, done exclusively over text messaging. What I can say is that they will take your money, make perfunctory attempts to negotiation a plea bargain that you could have negotiated yourself, and spend the least amount of time absolutely necessary to get you to plead guilty. I would not recommend Marc if you don't want to be found guilty. I dealt with him as a client for over a year with promises that I was innocent and paid a whole lot of money. I, along with 8 other clients, I seen him have when I went to court were all found guilt in one way or another. He spends no time listening to you, cares nothing about the truth, even when you tell them the officer's lied in tgeir testimonies. Because the court doesn't believe they would be dishonest ever....no! He kisses every ones butt that walks by him at the courthouse and cuts you off trying to ask questions.
