After speaking with the detective myself, at the lower level lobby, the case was dropped, he dropped everything. The attorney, Ian advised me to give it to June 11th to see if anything happens. I trusted his word, but no longer needed services. So I trusted him, Ian stated, "your money will be here when you want it back". I trusted him, so come June 11th, no answer when I called him on June 11th. June 16th i finally spoke with him and asked for the refund and terminate service. He insured me I will be getting my money back. A month went by and no word from the office, only Stonewalling communications and conversations about my refund. Today I finally got clarification, only for the office to come back and blatantly out right, refuse to refund my money. It was weeks of me calling and the office claiming the refund was already processed and I will get it back in 30 days, I said OK, and I waited. The office used that timeline to Stonewall and keep my money, with no intention of refunding it. I trusted the wrong law firm, I should have severed ties When I initially called a week after May 11th, i should have never trusted Ian, telling me to wait.
