When I mentioned that I had been given a lower fee quote Lou Ann snidely remarked oh so you cant afford it. This was disingenuous and unprofessional and further more not a fact. She should know better as an attorney about her facts after all. Then again if she screws up inquiry then who knows what she'll do or not do for you when you become her client.What should have been obvious to her is that people don't like to feel that the price will jump up suddenly for no apparent reason. I would have paid more at the outset if she/her assistant would just state her fees (it was flat fee) and not jimmy the pricing like that. The experience I had feelslike when you hear people say hmm, an arrogant tricky attorney.
