Had this lady taken the time to browse around, you might have found some good prices. As for the little old lady, she was talking to it may have been Mrs Williams I assume, the owner. She wore a hearing aides. Had the lady slowed down, you would have found this lady to be one smiling happy lady who would have been happy to help you with good prices. I am not related to the Williams in any way so my review is covering a span of 50 years off an on an my father bought all of his electrical needs when he built his apartments. I have spent $1,000s over the past 20 years and while the store is not perfect, there is a reason I kept buying from this businessat all 4 stores. If your'e in a hurry this store may not be for you. The 3rd and last time I went I brought the person with The Wallet . we went up to the sales counter where an old women was standing with her head down. After 5 minutes we said Excuse me? Everything is always neat and organized and everything is arranged and merchandise by departments. I really like that. The sales people that I have encountered are always friendly and often times when there are sales, they actually come up and give you a coupon. I have also ordered online at Kirkland's and you can get free shipping to the store. I also really like that. Returns are easy and I have purchased quite a few things for my home from this Kirkland store. That being said, some of the items in the store are not always quality items. I have found other retailers in the area that actually sell better quality merchandise and more economical merchandise as well. But they are merchandised very well and it is easy to shop there. I really like that, as I don't like a messy store. I appreciate the merchandising that goes into Kirkland's.

The grass in the back did not take at all as it was done in the summer (as expected). He told me he would aerate & overseed in fall but never came back after I had called, texted and left multiple voicemails for him. In March, he calls me out of the blue and tells me he would do it in spring. Again, I called, texted and left multiple voicemails. He never came! Mike never answers and never calls you back. I ended up doing the work myself as we are getting close to summer again. I can't understand people like that. He could have just called me back and said "I am busy and can't do it!". It's not like he was going to do it for free. I strongly suggest looking for a different landscaper if you're looking for honesty and reliability. Mike is NOT the person, unfortunately!
