The servers are kind enough, not in a go-out-the-way manor of helping or greeting the customer, but nice enough. The part that gets is there is the drinks. I love a good London Fog, but what makes that good is the strong flavor of black tea mixed with the right amount of milk and sweetness. Their LF was neither a strong enough black tea nor sweetened well. I don't like it overly sweet, but just enough to enjoy it. The tea was way too watery. I did i form the barista, but he didn't seem too concerned about it. I also like a a good spiced chai latte, but I'm not sure what is up with their chai. I'm thinking probably too little of it. So, I really would like to enjoy the spot more as it's usually fairly quiet and serene in the morning, but I just wish I had a better hot drink to enjoy.

Both were made fresh, and despite the line, we only waited a few minutes. The sandwich was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. You could also tell the ladies working behind the counter were moving nonstop and working hard to keep orders going out quickly. For a first visit, everything was easy, fast, and really enjoyable. I'd absolutely come back and try more of the menu.

The only issue I've noticed recently is that over the past month, I've been served by two employees who consistently fill the cup almost to the rim with ice. It's a little disappointing because it feels like you're getting less of the drink you're paying for. I wanted to mention it because I genuinely enjoy this place and would hate to see it start following the same practices that frustrate customers at other coffee shops. If management could look into it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for all the great service otherwise!

The cinnamon roll was soft, fresh, and full of flavor, while the raspberry-filled pastry was equally delicious and such a lovely treat. Both mochas were rich, smooth, and made perfectly. You could truly taste the quality and care that went into everything. The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel appreciated. Wonderful food and drinks are always a plus, but great customer service makes the entire experience even more memorable. Coeur d'Alene Coffee Company was easily one of the highlights of our visit. I would absolutely recommend stopping by, and I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. An easy five out of five!
