In as few words as possible...Terrible customer service on the phone. An employee should NEVER…read morecomplain that a customer is calling a few minutes after your establishment is open for business. It is repugnant to be told that you'll have to wait while their computer 'wakes up'. Shame on me for continuing the conversation and actually making the appointment. I was called and told I was late for an appointment for which I wasn't scheduled for another 15 minutes. I showed up 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and then another 15 minutes before my service began. At that point, I was dealing with 2 techs simultaneously. What in the world? My dip manicure was awful, and the solution was to paint a coat of gel polish to even out the botched job. I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again, and I will strongly advise anyone else from doing so.

The manicure is okay, some of my nails were not straight and the length was wrong and not uniform in length/shape. I felt very rushed. The price is not worth it for what you get.
