This crash destroyed the only vehicle my family of four had, including my two girls under 2. Life has already been tough enough lately, and this was a devastating blow. My glasses were completely destroyed in the wreck too. This amazing Eyemart Express location helped me right away even though I wasn't even a customer. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He fixed my glasses on the spot at zero cost to me and my family, and took the time to explain that buffing scratched lenses is basically a myth -- because the thickness and curve are part of the actual prescription, any attempt to "de-scratch" them would ruin the RX completely. This is exactly what humanity should be about -- helping our fellow man with no expectation of anything in return, especially a family that had just moved to a new state and was already struggling. Eyemart truly saved me in a great way that day and restored a little hope when we needed it most. Thank you so much to the whole team! I'll definitely be coming back as a customer. When they did and I got a notice to pick them up with only 2 customers and me being the third told me to wait by 2 staff members one being a male that has been there every time I have been in the store and a female. Ater they told me for the second time someone would be with me in a moment, I told them to keep the glasses and gave them my name and left. I will not refer them or will I return to give them any more business. Maybe some people can be fooled into their cheap glasses and sorry customer service but not me anymore.

I was a patient for 8 years until recently. I never had any issue until a few weeks ago. During…read moremy annual appointment in November Dr. Glaze said I needed a contact for my right eye but have only wore one in my left eye for many years. When I tried the sample contact in the office I couldn't see anything so Dr Glaze said to just stay with wearing just my one contact. However, before Memorial Day my vision got worse so I called the office and said to order the other contact. When I received them it was for my left eye, but I wanted to be certain that it was indeed for that eye. I called the office to confirm and the girl said she would check with him and would get back with me. She never called back, so I called again and left a message on their answering machine, which states they will call back within a day. Again, didn't hear from anyone, so I called yet again because if I opened the contacts and they still didn't work I would be out the amount I already paid. I called and talked to another person and had to explain the same thing to her, and was told Dr Glaze would be back the Tuesday after Memorial Day so I waited until late Wednesday to call. I then spoke to their office manager and had to tell him the same thing and that I was having headaches and wasn't comfortable driving because my vision wasn't great. By now I was frustrated because I was then told Dr Glaze would not be back for another week . The office manager sent me more contacts that didn't work either. So, I called again and was told that they had some other contacts for me to try and I told the girl in my text that the contacts the office manger sent still didn't work, so I drove over 30 minutes one way to the office and when I got there they were the same contacts the office manager sent me, Clearly I was not happy and the office manager told me I was being difficult and rude to the staff, yet at no time did anyone offer to let me see another doctor, and they didn't even know when Dr. Glaze would be back, so if they want to say I'm was difficult, so be it. My husband runs a law office and his staff would know exactly when he would be back and they would offer a client that needed help the opportunity to see another attorney.

Dr. Tyler Claunch was very friendly/personable, and efficient. He and the other staff were patient with my son and explained everything they were going to do before doing it. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Claunch is very authentic. We will definitely make this our go-to optometrist office.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Hajjari at the office in Moore, Oklahoma. I was on my 4th day…read moreof excruciating eye pain and I was losing eye sight and slowly going blind. Dr. Hajjari told me I had pink eye, gave me some sample eye drops, and sent me home. My pain and vision continued to worsen. A couple days later, I saw a different doctor who immediately knew I didn't have pink eye and diagnosed me properly. I had Iritis. She prescribed me the proper medication and I had to undergo over a month of treatment with her! I had no vision in my right eye for over a month. Dr. Hajjari was careless, dismissive, didn't listen, and was not thorough. Hopefully I don't experience any long term affects from his carelessness. I do not recommend this eye doctor!

I bought some cute frames and decided to see if Sams optical could put in lens. The sales clerk or optical engineer was friendly and helpful. He told me right away the price of my Lens, contacted insurance and we called previous optician to get my rx. I paid for my service and was told glasses will be ready in 3-4 working days. Once I get my glasses I'll follow up and let you know what I think!
