I had avoided looking for a new car for several months because, like most people, dread the entire process. However, it was time for something bigger and TSG had an MDX that fit my search. My parents had also purchased a car from them in the past and had a very positive experience. I can't speak highly enough of my entire experience. I first drove the car in a small blizzard and Dave was great with helping me out in the snow and recommending additional cars I might want to drive that fit my qualifications. I drove the car and visited the dealership several times before I was ready to move forward, Dave never tried to pressure me into making a decision I wasn't ready for. I also took my kids in on a Saturday to make sure the car was a fit for the entire family. Not only was everyone kind to them but they had a BBQ going, which my kids loved. As a single mom, it helped a lot to know that my kids were comfortable and could eat and watch a few shows while I shopped. It could have easily been a long and terrible day. Financing was easy and was completed during a work day so I didn't have to sit there for hours. They were respectful of my time, never made me feel trapped and I never had to be there for more than an hour or two during the purchase process. I purchased the car and TSG agreed to fix a few items that needed repaired. This has been a mess and I can't speak highly enough of how their service department has dealt with it. They have had a hard time pinpointing the issue and have continued to diligently look at the issue. They've been patient and kind and while it's not yet fixed, I have faith that we will get to the bottom of it. Overall, this entire experience was great and I would highly recommend Dave Musgrave for assistance. When I'm ready to buy another car, they will certainly be where I go. read more

TSG Auto continues to provide quality and kind care for me and my family. This started a few years ago when TSG offered to provide a fund raiser for my son to help cover medical expenses after a horrible car accident. What a neighborly thing to do, even though we had never been to TSG beforehand. Several months later we bought a Jeep for my son, and a few months later I bought a Honda from TSG. Our vehicles were fairly priced and the car buying process was smooth and not painful. We were treated with respect and kindness through the whole process. Over the past few years, we bring in our vehicles for routine maintenance and for the infrequent repairs needed. Each time our cars are returned in better condition. Recently my car needed some repair. I arranged a ride to work from TSG so I could get to work while my car was being repaired, but this ride to work fell through at the last minute. I thought I would need to reschedule the repair. Instead, one of the managers offered to drive me to work 10 minutes away. This is the way they are; stepping up to give great care; one of the many things I appreciate about TSG. While my car was being repaired, they called quickly with the diagnosis of what was needed and how much it would cost. The repair was completed faster than expected, and they called as soon as it was done. Their communication was excellent. They continue to host fund raisers for our First Responders; they give away a car every year to someone in need; they know me and my son by name; and they provide excellent car service. These are just a few of the many reasons why we will continue to go to TSG. read more

I called TSG Auto in Parker, CO to see if I could get my car in for an oil change. Bryan, in the service department scheduled me into an open slot that afternoon. While I was there, I ran into Dean Johnson, the Sales Representitive who sold me my car. He recognized me and even remembered me by name. He took time from his day to ask how how everything was going and if I was still enjoying the Kia I recently purchased. I let him know that I was very happy with my car and was in for the first oil change prior to setting off on a long road trip to Vegas and AZ. He reminded me that the first oil change is free with the purchase of a vehicle from TSG. He even introduced me to Stan, the Manager, in case I ever needed anything on a day when he was out of the dealership. I asked Dean if he had anything in stock that would be safe and affordable for a teenage driver. He walked me through their touch screen availability system and we found two cars that were a perfect match! It was easy to find the cars on the lot and I was so happy he introduced me to cars that I may not have considered myself. I told him I'd have a think on it and would be back after our trip. My oil change was completed within an hr. and it was free! Thanks TSG staff for always being friendly, fair and fun. I look forward to coming back after our trip to see what we can get my teenage driver into. If I'm really lucky, I'll win big in Vegas, be able to pay off the Kia, to give to my mom, and buy a new car for us both! read more

I drove up to TSG Auto with high hopes. I had finally found the vehicle I'd been wanting and it was at a price I could afford! We drove the car and everything seemed fine. We took the car to a mechanic and there were a number of things wrong with it. This wasn't just any mechanic, this was a friend of ours so he knew he wasn't going to make any money on us. We took the car back to TSG and explained what was wrong. They condescendingly told us that mechanics seem to be over zealous in looking at used cars because they want to make a buck. This wasn't the case at all so we decided to buy the car anyway and pay for the repairs. It still worked out to be a better price than anything else we had found. Well come to find out there ended up being a lot more wrong with the car. Our mechanic found it shortly after we bought it. He's our friend so he fixed it for cost but I am disgusted that TSG told me about all of the inspections it does on all of its cars and that was clearly false information. No one I know will ever shop there! read more

Audrey Teachout was a tremendous help in my sons first purchase on a vehicle. She helped him get into a nice Jeep with a price he can afford, no rushing with quality customer service. I cannot say enough! I recommend highly, and ask for Audrey! This is our second car our family has purchased from TSG in two years, I think that speaks volumes. Check TSG and Audrey out! Another shout out to Brian in service, he is honest, quick and helped me out without and appointment in a couple of situations with my Cadillac. One was an issue I had at Service Street in Southlands who told me after an oil change that I had over $980.00 in issues with my car that needed immediate attention because oil was leaking everywhere and they could fix it in an hour. I told them it was under warranty and took it to Brian were he had nothing to lose and he showed me with my car jacked up that it was in perfectly great condition not a drop of oil anywhere. I seriously trust this dealership. Don't waste your time anywhere else!!! read more

My experience was TOP NOTCH. Lincoln was my salesman. Super informative. Super cool, laid back. Was bouncing numbers back and forth from the start. Hard worker. Gets things DONE the right way the first time. Not one question I had went in answered. John was amazing talked with him on the phone he set me up making sure the vehicles I wanted to test drive were ready to go and sanitized. I was so excited to meet him in person and to no avail he was 10x better in person. I was just blown away with his personality and hospitality. Super great guy right there! Justin which is who we dealt with to finalize all the paperwork got us out of there super quick and didn't miss any information that we needed! Overall I am so impressed with the people at this place and will always, always , ALWAYS recommend my family and friends to TSG. They get it done there! I was looking to trade in my SUV and purchase a used vehicle. I found a vehicle I liked through Car Gurus at TGS Auto. I called early in the morning and spoke with Dave Musgrave, made an appointment, test drove the vehicle, and took it home that night. Dave was very easy to work with and TGS Auto gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Chris Boyde in the finance department ran several options for me and was able to work with my financial institution to get the lower interest rate they offered. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had with any dealership. Total time spent including test drive was 3 hours. It was very easy and I am happy with the entire deal. I would highly recommend visiting these folks if you want a no pressure, no run around, straight-forward transaction. Everyone at the dealership is very attentive from the front desk staff to sales to finance. Thank you, TGS Auto! read more

Recently bought a used SUV from TSG Auto. Myself and my wife were very happy with the experience. We had a specific car we spotted online that they were advertising and we called to come check it out. The car was indeed available and we test drove it that day. Our sales person was Kirk and he made the experience as easy as possible. It was what we were looking for and priced fairly. Once we decided to buy from them there were a couple issues that needed to be resolved by the service dept. We were promised a second key and a repair to a cracked windshield. We got a brand new chip key FOB the next day and a new windshield the next week. It takes a whole team of good people in the auto sales business to deliver on the promise of customer satisfaction. Thanks to everyone at TSG Auto for delivering on that promise. We will be back when we need another vehicle. read more

Working with TSG was a great experience. During my last car purchase I did not feel like my purchase was handled with professionalism or integrity. I was very apprehensive to going through the process again, but was blown away by my experience at TSG. Lloyd was an amazing salesman, helped me through the buying process and has since followed up to follow through on all their promises. Talk about creating a relationship! Chris, in their finance department, was a huge help. He walked me through all of the options and even dealt with my difficult trade in warranty. I am grateful for their pristine service! TSG has a great team that is full of information, going above and beyond, and truly building a relationship with every person who walks on their lot. Thank you TSG for showing me that there is a dealership out there that ISN'T the car salesman stereotype. read more

This place, just WOW! Thank you Audrey Teachout for one of the best customer experiences EVER! You did everything according to the book of perfect car selling and customer service. You answer texts immediately, you send photos of all of your activities (visuals go a long way with busy individuals!), you reply to emails in full and show by your response that you've read everything and missed nothing. Why does the dealership get a FIVE-star rating because of Audrey? Because it appears that you were brilliant enough to hire her, so the whole place gets an A+! PS: I noticed your reviews were all just about perfect before even inquiring about that amazing Subaru Outback we got thanks to Audrey and thanks to you being TSG Auto, super concerned about your people! I trust it will continue paying off for you! Keep on keeping on! read more

If you go to TSG Auto, ask for Lincoln Pope. That guy is great. He is knowledgeable, guiding, willing and patient. He Is the Moses of Auto selection. He took me in the golf cart, I told him what I needed and he parted the sea of cars and lead me to the best vehicle; one that matched my qualifications, my needs, and my financial expectations (and limitations). He was honest and upfront, personable and funny, from helping me select a car online, to informing me through the purchasing process. He ensured clarity in his explanations, making sure I understood each piece of information. And throughout my time at TSG Auto, i had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, which was pleasantly unexpected since buying a vehicle is often a stressful experience. Pope made it easy. He is truly an asset to TSG Auto. read more

My sales rep was Kirk and he did an absolutely amazing job helping me all 3 days I went in looking at the truck. He kept in contact with me to make sure I was coming back in to see if I was qualified to get the truck and after we purchased it he stayed in contacted with me so I knew when it was ready to be picked up after the tires were checked. Everyone that helped me was very friendly and did everything they could to make sure I took home a new car. I loved going to a dealership that was excited to help and make a sale. They were very understanding when i didn't have a proper spare tire and they got me a new one to make sure i felt comfortable with the purches of a safe truck. I highly recommend going to TGS auto if looking for a new car. thank you to everyone who helped me get my dream truck. read more

I love TSG Auto. I did meet Tim the owner. What a very friendly man he is. I was impressed. I have also taken all my cars to be serviced there. They did a great job on everything. They have truly gone above and beyond for me. I had gone to the store for grocery's one day. The lady at the seafood counter put my salmon in just a paper wrap. So I put the groceries in my car. Only to have the salmon leak on my carpet in my car. Oh my gosh what a horrible smell after a week that was. I tried everything to get the smell out. I was so frustrated. I called TSG and they told me to bring it down. They cleaned my carpet for hours getting the smell out of my car. I am so grateful for TSG. Thank you guys your the best. I will always take my business there. read more

Hi my name is David I went to this dealership to find a car I looked up on craigslist but unfortunately I really like the car but the salespersons pushing on me buying the car I know he can commission but he has a poor attitude and even if you stay late for one hour to make a deal.... I would not recommend this dealership to anybody the sales person is poor attitude bad gesture and bitching at The customer after we didn't buy the car.. "Coming here wasting my time for one hour even now I get off go home at seven" sale person .... They close at seven but I stay until 8 And thank you Jeff (sale person) for wasting your time but I really want the deal to work but please don't push me to make a decision in 10 min and bitching at me went I leave read more

We wanted a Highlander Hybrid. We saw one on Cars.com and decided to stop by TSG Auto to test drive. Despite walking in about 20 minutes to close, Kirk let us take it on a test drive, and worked with us on the paperwork after we decided to buy with no signs of being tired - he'd been there since early morning - thanks Kirk! There was no hard sales pitch, no hard negotiating tactics - it was a lot easier than we were prepared for. Kirk even told us about some of his adventures in Alaska while we waited at some points in the process. Brian assisted us with financing, and found a good rate at a local CU. Overall, would recommend buyers check out TSG Auto, and if we were to buy another car, would stop by for sure. read more

Wonderful place if you like spending $20,000 cash for what you think is a great vehicle. Within 9 months you have to replace the engine, which the replacer says "it was like that when you got it." Oh, and don't forget about having to replace the computer system (BCM). And just when you think you are done, a wheel falls off, and I don't mean by lug nuts, I mean the studs sheared and the wheel fell off. Be very careful. They are not legally bound to anything but just realize that they buy junk and sell it. I spent a week discussing this with them to nothing other than just passing the buck so to speak. To use more clichés, you can't put lipstick on a pig and you can't polish a turd. They are still a pig and a turd. read more

I looked around for about a month and decided to purchase a 2017 ram 1500 from tsg because I liked their prices and I liked their atmosphere. I thought I had an issue I noticed that the roof and side had some hail damage thinking we'll that's not good since I purchased a truck used as is. Took the truck to TSG over the weekend to show them and they immediately said no problem we'll take care of it. They set up an appointment on Tuesday and fixed the truck to look new. Not only did they pop out the small amount of hail damage but they fixed a few door dings. Never would have thought they do all of that without avoiding fault. I'm glad I chose these guys over the big boys. Thanks TSG read more

From the time we arrived to the time we left, Pablo Centeno took such excellent care of us. He was extremely patient while we were trying to select our truck and we must have looked at about 8 of them in the rain. He pulled each one into the bay so we didn't get wet and could take our time with our selection. Once we had narrowed it down to two vehicles we dealt with the Finance Director Brian Ruby who was also fantastic. He was able to work his magic and we drove off with a very nice truck. Thanks to both of these gentleman for providing excellent customer service! If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend working with Pablo! read more

We have purchased six cars in six years from TSG. Great vehicles all of them and they were very reasonable for the high quality of the cars. Last week my daughter's Kia Sorento blew a heater hose. We purchased it three years ago from TSG. She drives a lot and has 200,000 miles on it. We limped it in to another auto repair shop and was told it would cost $1,000 to fix. A total rip off. I took it to TSG service center and they replaced both heater hoses (shaped hoses on the back if the engine) and charged us $176.00. That is about 500% less. I love this dealer and highly recommend them. read more
