The workers showed up an hour late and, to our surprise, told us they were too busy to do the work that day and would email an estimate later. When I called to find out what was going on, I was met with rudeness. The person on the phone claimed they didn't know they were supposed to do any work and then abruptly hung up on me. would strongly caution anyone considering this company--reliable service and basic courtesy should not be too much to ask.

Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way and truly cared about the final outcome. Their attention to detail really stood out, they carefully patched all cracks and holes in the walls and even repaired damaged drywall before painting, which made a huge difference in the final look. What impressed us even more was that after the job was done, our floor installers accidentally damaged some of the fresh paint, and LVS Paint still came back to help us and make it right. We were beyond happy with their service and the quality of their work. I couldn't recommend LVS Paint more highly, truly a top-notch team. Of all the quotes we got they gave us the best price too and it was worth way more than they quoted!

I recently had a Toto toilet installed, but after the contractor left, I noticed it wasn't properly…read morealigned with the wall. It needed to be rotated slightly on the flange and re-secured, a relatively minor adjustment I could have done myself. However, since I was planning to have the original contractor cover the cost, I decided to hire a plumber. I called several local plumbing companies, and Barron initially stood out because the woman who answered was very eager to help. She offered a same-day appointment, which I couldn't take, but she quickly arranged someone to come the next day. She assured me the estimate would be free and that if I agreed to the price, they would do the job right then and there. That's where things started to go wrong. The technician arrived, looked at the situation, and said it would be simple. He then went to his truck, entered the job into their pricing system (ServiceTitan), and returned with a quote of nearly $1,000. For a minor realignment job that required redrilling a few holes and reseating the flange adapter, this price was outrageous. When I pushed back, explaining the work should be a quarter of that cost, he offered a "discount" if I signed up for an annual maintenance subscription. This lowered the bill by $141, but the subscription cost $88, so I saved only around $50. I agreed, reluctantly, just to save something. Then came the actual work. What should have been under an hour turned into over three hours. The tech didn't make a template when drilling the securing studs, so every time he reinstalled the toilet, it leaked during the test flush. After about an hour of this, he had already worn out his tile bit and had to leave to buy a new one. At one point, I heard him calling dispatch for help, but no one was available. He just kept trying, making more holes and failing to align the toilet properly. Eventually, he got it installed, but now I'm left with a floor full of unnecessary drill holes hidden under the toilet. It looks like I'm stuck with this placement unless I want to redo the flooring. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting on confirmation that the subscription has been canceled. I will never use Barron again and will warn others to steer clear. Their flashy vans and branding might look professional, but the service and pricing were anything but. Look for a skilled, independent local plumber instead.
