The houses were not kept up on the outside was a mess during construction. They damaged some of our exterior finishes and when we brought this up, it was always a denial. A couple weeks after they finished the project, we discovered at our sliding glass door, double pain glass one exterior pain had been broken and his guys removed the glass meticulously so we wouldn't notice it. I brought this to his attention and when Russ came out to look at it he told us his construction workers said he didn't do it so he has to believe him and refused to accept responsibility even though he personally wasn't there. He would not accept accountability for a $750 glass repair on a $70,000 deck project. They also tried to pull a fast one on us and ordered a less expensive decking which we caught, as we happened to see it. Overall decks came out nice, but he is dishonest and not trustworthy.
