This is a bank is little bigger than a hold in the wall, thus acts like a miniature Lloyds. Sadly, the cuteness of its mini-ness quickly wears off.
It's often particularly busy (always good) but seems to have the slowest customers in the world; pensioners, yummy mummy's with their screeching kids and people incapable of understanding the dynamics of queueing or able to complete their request slip BEFORE reaching the service counter.
Perhaps, as a consequence of the catering to the slowest customers in the banking world, the staff have followed suit. As the staff are also unbelievably slow and lacking friendliness.
However, if you are a Lloyds customer - like me - and in fairly urgent need of banking services then it's worth while utilising the most convenient branch. read more
