The opening hours are pretty limited and the branch is usually busy, especially around lunch time,…read morebut they're pretty good at dealing with their customers quickly. These days they usually have two desks open and one additional member of staff working through the line of people to see if anyone could use the automatic paying in machine to avoid keeping a desk busy. Staff don't always know what to do with less common banking requests (for example, when account types change) but they can usually find you an advisor who does know what they're doing, or can make you an appointment if necessary. Unfortunately the process for making such appointments is pretty slow, otherwise I'd be inclined to give an extra star. Providing comfy seats and tablets for online banking is a nice touch. I just wish they were open a little bit later.

I'm not sure how much I Iove this bank. It's a bank. As soon as I've handed over my SSFRS…read moreresponsibilities I'm probably not going to be stepping into this branch again. Since the recent refurb it's a little difficult to navigate although the cash machine area does look a lot snazzier. The staff remain relatively friendly, but the opening times are terrible for being in such a central, busy location. Due to the awkward opening times, it's often very busy, and lines don't move too quickly. It's a bank, and it does what it needs to do, but there is so much room for improvement here!

This branch seems to be less busy when I go in, compared to the Partick branch which always has a line out the door. Since changing over to TSB a while back, the whole inside of this place has had an overhaul and is bright and airy with loads of blue and white in the ads. I've never had a problem at any of the branches, TSB really has been the best bank I've ever banked with (American banks included) and I would recommend them to anyone! The staff have always been helpful and if you need to call in to their help line, again, the phone staff is always helpful and get you off and running. Bravo TSB for being the bank I count on!

This is a bank is little bigger than a hold in the wall, thus acts like a miniature Lloyds. Sadly,…read morethe cuteness of its mini-ness quickly wears off. It's often particularly busy (always good) but seems to have the slowest customers in the world; pensioners, yummy mummy's with their screeching kids and people incapable of understanding the dynamics of queueing or able to complete their request slip BEFORE reaching the service counter. Perhaps, as a consequence of the catering to the slowest customers in the banking world, the staff have followed suit. As the staff are also unbelievably slow and lacking friendliness. However, if you are a Lloyds customer - like me - and in fairly urgent need of banking services then it's worth while utilising the most convenient branch.
