She is very kind and knowledgeable. I am sorry that recent crown work hasn't gone very well what wasn't her fault. The first time I came for the permanent crowns she noticed that the color of them is not okay, I thought the crowns were for back teeth so not so noticeable but she wanted to do the proper job. She sent the crowns back to the lab to the technician to fix them. Today, after a month with temporary crowns that by the way were done perfectly by Dr Marija, I came again hoping that the new crowns would be okay. Unfortunately they were the same as the first time. Dr Marija was very upset; wonted to send the crowns back again but my thoughts were that the third time it could be the same issue so I decided her to cement them as I said they are not front teeth. I believe that this dental office should find a better lab technician as I heard that many other patients have to come more times for crown work because of his mistakes. This is my experience and I hope it will help somebody to decide about crown work at this office.

I could tell they were excited to see my progress and everyone was so genuinely enthusiastic in congratulating me when I had finished - it was really nice! The clinic itself is clean and comfortable and staff are warm and welcoming. Kim at reception is very organized and quick to reply to e-mails which seems like a small thing but is very appreciated. E-mail reminders are sent about upcoming appointments as well which I really like. I like that they offer small comforts to those with anxiety about dentistry: they have blankets if you're cold, headphones to watch and listen to the in-ceiling televisions and they explain everything they're doing during procedures which helps to put you at ease. (Shoutout to Nafisah who is so sweet and awesome at her job!) Going to the dentist is not generally a comfortable thing to do but I've suffered through uncomfortable experiences elsewhere in the past so I am quite happy going to my appointments here where I don't feel anxious at all. Details really make a difference and you can tell Dr. Liang has put a lot of thought into guest experience and comfort. A COVID-19 health questionnaire is sent to you prior to your appointment and on the day you arrive at the office you wait outside until they bring you inside for a temperature check and sanitizer before being led to a room.

They have the newest and most up to date technology (hello digital impressions and goodbye nasty plaster) as well which is a huge plus. They make everything so easy and I like how they take the time to explain what they're doing to you as they're going through it. It's clear this clinic places a lot of care on their clients, whether it's through them applying baseline to your lips so they don't get dry during your appointment, to their gentle technique.
